Just unboxed it luggage rack came with securing hardware but none for the trunk and a formed nice liner insideAnd a retractable cord and nice hinges now to get hear paintedI returned 2 other ones but I like this oneI got my own mounting bracket and yes you have goto drill your own bolt holesI have a 2011 streetglide hope this helps

It fit my 2019 electra glide standard police eddition perfectly. came with all mounting hardware and all parts listed in discription. The plate is over sized and should be cut to size. I did replace the hardware used to mout the trunk to the rack. the Luggage rack is a bit of a pain to mark and drill. Take your time do it right. No issues. Looks great. Will see how it hold up.

Had no clue what or where to install the Huge metal plate. I ended cutting it to the right size so the insert fitted properly. overall i'm very impress. i'm sure the latch to lock it is cheap and a few reviews stated that it broke or came undone. i will purchase a good quality one. will see how it hold up...

The tour pack seems to be made good the only reason I didn’t give it 5stars was the luggage rack was cheap made has some rust on it where it wasn’t crimes good but other then that well satisfied

After 18 days it made it from west coast to Florida (must have been via mule?). All of the PARTS are there, and the nuts, bolts and keys, but the instructions effectively put all of the risk for damage in your court. The makers have drilling templates but don’t include them? With only one bolt to secure the backrest I’d never install it, unless you don’t care if you throw your wife, girlfriend, old lady, or whoever is on the back. Now reading some of the reviews I’m shocked at the common flattery, in spite of its many shortcomings. Mine is going back in the box and being returned. While it is much less expensive than anything with the HD brand, for over $300 I did not expect cheap.

first off let ,e say the product is very good fit was good no instructions but none really neededyou will need to drill the holes for mounting measure them carefullylook and fit was very good construction was very good installation took about two hoursok now the reason i gave it two starswhen i ordered the tour pack i ordered a complete set all parts needed to installwhen it arrived it was missing the base plate the luggage rack and all mounting hard wareit took a week of emails and sending pics to the seller to get this straight and then another week to have the missing parts delivered and it was still missing some of the rubber washers needed to mount the luggage rack to the tour pack i just went out and bought what i needed was not going thru the hassle and waiting againas i said the product is good just take your time and measure where holes need to be drilledbut customer service is bad they insisted that all parts were shippedthe only way i got the replacements was after a week of emails i told them to send return shipping labels and refund my money then next email from them said replacement parts were being shipped

The small circles to drill are not aligned right make sure before you many holes :). But in general I am happy with product.

When I received the item, it was missing the two up mounting bracket, I contacted the seller and was sent the bracket immediately without any problems. It was very easy to put together and install and feels sturdy. I haven’t had a chance to ride with it on as I just put it together but it looks great and the seller was super responsive
