I looked for over a year for a breakfast nook for our small space in our kitchen. I am so happy I looked for so long because I ended up with this one. It is the perfect size and color to fit in our space. It took 3-4 hours to put together alone and it was decently simple. Everything you build is going to be frustrating and take time so just keep that in mind when building. I did however have a screw break in half and get stuck in one of the boards. That was a minor inconvenience. I took pliers and unscrewed it and used a screw that I had lying around. My only wish is that it came with extra screws just incase something like that happens. Other than that it was an okay ride. It is beautiful for the price and it can seat plenty of people. The wood does have a more red color to it just like the pictures. The black pieces also do not scratch easily. Overall this is one of my favorite pieces of furniture in our house now.

Purchased this table set to fit into our fairly small apartment diningroom. I measured this like 5 times and evaluated pictures prior to buying and im glad i did. The table is made of real wood except maybe the bench drawer bottoms, we had a handful of extra screws so that was nice that they included extra, it was pretty easy to put together, i did it on my own but the delivery packages themselves are very heavy so i needed help with carrying those inside. The textured wood surface is very nice looking, my only regret is having issues finding things to match the style, but i love it. Its a very nice table, you will definitely want to revisit the weight capacity if thats a worry for your family. The only real questionable spot to sit is the corner, but i dont think anyone would really want to sit in the corner unless you were a child. The table also cones with felt stickies for the bottoms not to scratch everything up! Hope that helps!

So the table is BEAUTIFUL. I love the wood, it’s textured and I didn’t expect it. It was a nice surprise. I was worried it was going to be small, it looked smaller then I expected before I put it together. But once together it was perfect for a family of 6. It’s exactly what my kitchen needed, my kitchens not very big and the layouts not the best so this corner nook is perfect. It fits so nicely. Now I will say that 2 pieces of the wood spilt when assembling. 1 of the split is fine (i guess) because it’s not noticeable. The other split is noticeable and I’m going to have to fix it. I’m upset about it because I was extremely careful putting this table together to avoid anything like that happening and it was completely unavoidable so that honestly sucks. But it’s fixable so it’s whatever, it’s not worth sending it back or anything like that. I put a picture of the worser of the two splits that happened to the wood. I am a female, 125 pounds and I put this together completely by myself.. I’m not a builder or anything like that and I’m saying this because anybody can put this together. If you have help, even better, I just didn’t. This took me about 5 hours to put together alone and I put it together with the long side on the left. The instructions are for it to be on the right side. It was easy to do it backwards.. you just need to read and pay attention. The only thing that threw me off is you need a rubber mallet. It doesn’t say that but there’s no way your putting this together without it. A rubber mallet and a screw driver. I used an electric screw driver and thank the lord for that because it was extremely helpful. But overall beautiful table, definitely worth the money. It’s a strong wood and not particle board like I kinda thought it was gunna be made out of.

Check every piece with every step and make sure you’re doing it all right and in order. Don’t rush and pay attention and everything should go fine. Missing a small connector piece but had extras of another similar size and it worked just fine

While the table is really pretty once put together, I can only do 3 stars. I had cracked pieces and glue smudges on the wood. Some parts were easy to put together but other pieces were not. Once put together, it is fairly sturdy and makes a beautiful table.

I was a little skeptical about this set because of some of the reviews. But this was well worth my money. The wood on the table and benches is high quality. Plus it fit beautifully in my small space. If you are looking for a breakfast nook please consider this piece! Some reviews mentioned that the directions are confusing. From someone that has had a lot of practice building furniture, I can agree that some directions are vague. However, it will be all worth it once you’re finished putting it together I promise ☺️

I love this table. I read reviews that the building process was hard but to me it was pretty standard. Only issue is they don't have step by step instructions if you want to build the long side on the left they just tell you what parts so I guess that is where some people can get confused but it's pretty self explanatory. The only thing I don't care for too much is how bumpy and uneven the table is. I know that's the look of the table and I love the look but you'll need a clip board or something thick on the table if you need to write something down. It is a nice table & nook and sturdy as well. Also going to purchase cushions for it soon so it's more comfortable.
