Great customer service!
Unfortunately the part did not work for our refrigerator despite being the exact one that needed to be replaced. Not sure if the part was defective or what the problem was. Global Solutions graciously offered for us to return the item to them (even though electrical parts are not generally returnable, they made an exception for us) and they refunded all but the original $9.14 shipping charge. I was very pleased with their professionalism and understanding, as the part was $151.00 plus tax and shipping and would have been a hardship to pay that much money and still not have a running refrigerator.

I think the part is a bit over-priced but it fixed my fridge so I am happy!
