Is the safe depth size of 300 mm with or without the keypad

Closed ithe safe is 250 mm depth .The door is 50mm deep.

What is the Eurograde rating for this safe?

This safe has a £1,000 insurance rating for cash. This safe is not Eurograde standard. Eurograde safes require a £6,000 cash rating to meet Eurograde 0 standard.

Mine does not open/close with the keypad and we have to use the override key every time. how do i return it for a replacement via amazon or yale?

Assuming your purchase is recent. Log into your amazon account, select your orders and look for need to return an item. Also you can use the customer services tab to get in touch. If you have had the item for some time and it is still under warranty I would contact Yale direct the information will be on the paperwork you received with your safe. I think your unlucky as they are good safes.

Can the shelf be removed from the inside please

Yes it’s removable. I don’t use the shelf either.
