I know when I ordered it, the only option advertised was spiral bound but even regardless of it not being spiral bound, it is well worth the money and is very nicely put together. Well worth the buy if you are in the medical coding field, just hoping with continued use that the spine of the book holds up!!

A tip to the reviewer disappointed by "no spiral"... You can take the book to Office Depot or a FedEx/Kinkos and they can cut off the spine and make spiral. I did it all through college. Costs maybe $4-$5. So worth it.From one inpatient coder to another! 😊
