**Edit 4/12/2021**They contacted me again and offered to send me a free phone case or screen protector. None worked for my phone so I requested something else in that price range. The agreed and sent it to me but it didn't work with my phone either.I asked if I could send the other two back and get the one thing I was sure I could use. It was a bit over the price range, so they said they can refund me 40% if I decide to buy it! And I can keep the other two items. This last item works great and I got my money back quickly too!I would definitely recommend working with this vendor. I have a converter just for AUX to USB C, but I bought this so I could charge my phone while playing music in my car. The AUX port does NOT work. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus and I'm enjoying the adapter very well. It solves my issue of not having an audio jack and charging my phone at the same time. There is a very minor audio hissing noise when my headphones are plugged in but it could be the adapter I got and most likely just a chance that I got the one that makes noise. But as I said, you would have to carefully listen to it to hear it. I recommend it!Update 2021: Hub works great after all this time! No hissing noise or must have just gotten used to it to the point where I dont hear it anymore. I still highly recommend this to anyone. 10/10 stars!

The plug is a little short and wriggles out of the port on my note 10 a little too easily and the device doesn't won't recognize it unless I push it back in so it won't charge or push audio to the headphones. The audio ouput when it works though is pretty decent when I use my HiFi headphones. The good point of this two in one dongle is definitely the materials. It definitely has a high quality feel to it. All things said, this is definitely a one time purchase for me, I wouldn't recommend this one.Update: The company reached out to me and sent out a replacement that fixed the issues that I had with the adapter I had prior.

I previously tried another cheaper adapter that was a bigger white square. It didn't work for me. This one works without having to do anything in my phone as far as setting it as a usb music device or anything. Just plug it in and it works. I use it in conjunction with a quick charger and it still quick charges. Music is crisp and clear. I've used it to hook up headphones and to hook into my computer speakers via the aux in. Nice and small profile. I just wish that both ports were on the bottom of the adapter. Its a little clunky having the power plug in the side of it.

I had used the previous generation of this adapter, which lasted for almost two years prior to failure and was very happy with it. When I saw that this was the "Upgraded" model it seemed like a no-brainer, so I ordered a replacement. I like the slim and flexible design of this connector. Other models that have the headphone jack and USB-C port on 1 side are rather bulky.This version started off with some fuzzy sound issues in the first few days, but that only seemed to occur right after I plugged it in and I could largely overlook it. Now, which is just 3 (or so) days after the 30-day return window it stopped charging. The headphone jack still works, but it no longer charges my phone.I've inspected the unit and my phone. My phone will charge on any other cable I plug in. The 2 USB-C ports on the adapter are clean and plug in securely. I have wiggled the cord to see if it might be a broken wire (not that I could really do anything about it if it was) and that doesn't seem to restore the connection even momentarily. I presume it is a faulty component inside the unit.

This is a great DAC, and the sound is solid. There's a 5 second or so delay if power is plugged in where you won't get audio but that's understandable. Unfortunately, after just over a year it stopped working as a charging passthrough, and the audio is cutting out every 30 seconds or so now.

I wanted to use this to concurrently listen to music and re-charge my Galaxy S-10 phone. While it will do both concurrently it will not pass volume or track change instructions to Bose noise cancelling headphones. You have to make these changes from the phone itself. I'll be returning it.FOLLOW UP: ESR, the manufacturer, contacted me about my dissatisfaction with this device and offered to send me a replacement. I accepted and received the item yesterday. This device was labeled "ESR Upgraded 2-in-1 USB-C PD Headphone". This unit worked as I'd hoped; it passed the volume and track changes through to the headphones and charged it at the same time. I've changed my rating to 5 stars.

It's not a good product. Its supposed to be top of the line, according to reviews. The auxiliary outlet only works if you hold it at certain angles. Not something I I care to have to do. Plug and play then walk away. Not with this. The charge port works at least so I guess there's that. I do not recommend this product.I would like to add that customer service is very persistent. After trying to reach out to me several times to make it right, each time I ignored, they refunded my money anyway. I was not looking for a replacement nor a refund. They really do stand by there product. Maybe I just lucked out and got a bad one. Thank you Zora. Apologies for not responding sooner.

this is a beast. Works with USB PD ( 100W tested )and the dac is amazing! Super clean and crisp sound and its louder. Meaning i can use high ohm headphones and they still work fine!

First impression? The materials look good and not cheap. The design is pretty unique and nice. Functionality? Yes it does work BUT... the audio jack takes at least 5-10 seconds to connect to my brand new Samsung s20 phone until you can start to hear the sound of wat ur playing. The charging has a problem where theres a sequence of it charging and stops every 5-7 seconds which is annoying unless u dont move it or use ur phone. Overall, its an annoying experience and waste of money.Edit: Love the customer service as they took the initiative to ask me to send a replacement for free and i wasnt expecting that at all. I thought I'd consider buying another different one and get on with my life. U got my respect thank u. I just received the replacement and its working as advertised. Fast charging and audio all together. Cheers.
