We use these for dipping sauces. It is a little small for adult portions (unless we just use an above average amount of sauce?) but works perfect for our kids, which was our main motivation for buying. The kids love the colors and they clean really easily and I don't have to worry about them getting dropped and broken!

I bought these little bowls with my three year old daughter in mind. First of all, she loves snacks, but eats very little, and I was throwing out a lot of food during snack time when I used normal sized bowls. She also LOVES helping me cook, but there's limited steps a three year old can help with, so I use these bowls to separate the ingredients into small portions so she feels like she's helping with a lot of steps by adding a lot of ingredients from a lot of small bowls (she doesn't know she's adding two small bowls of sea salt, and three bowls that all have a small amount of basil in each.) She just knows she's helping, and these little bowls really help. She loves being able to pick what color bowls she gets to use during snack time. They're easy to clean, indestructible, plentiful, and serve many purposes.

I got these for sorting my family's meds. They are perfect for this. One of my family members has trouble managing his multiple pills without dropping some of them before he can get them to his mouth. These soft little bowls are perfect for that. He puts his pills in one of them, pinches it close like a taco, and pours the pills into his mouth. Now everyone wants to take their pills this way! (And their M&Ms) *Surprise bonus*: 4 of the little bowls will glow in the dark after you leave them under a bright light for a little while! Imagine my surprise when I walked into my kitchen late one evening to find 4 little glowing objects sitting on the counter. Fun.

I guess i should have paid more attention to the size. These are so small, not sure what anyone is using them for. I am holding onto them because I just had a baby and could possible see me using them for travel when he starts to eat solid foods? They are fun colors and collapsible.
