I like the product, my only reservation is there are no instructions that come with it. Bit of a nuisance having to check amazon every time I want to use it. How long in the microwave before the bags explode? What is the little pocket piece for? How do you make it lie flat like the photos, my little straps are forever in the way.I will continue to use and copy the amazon info onto the box for next use.

Looks and feels high quality.Cooling/heating pads can be slipped out of the bandage and stored in freezer. Three separate cooling pads make this product very flexible and the Velcro straps fit various knee shapes/sizes perfectly.

This was good if you had your leg up testing but not great walking as you struggle to bend your knee.

Excellent did exactly what i needed it for

This has very strong velcro and works well as a support as well as a cold or hot compress. I like that there is a pocket at the back of the knee as well as the front. The ice packs are a bit fiddly to fit into the pockets but easier when they have softened a bit. The only downside is the strong plasticky smell from the material, hopefully will lessen in time.
