Works Fine - Good Value
I bought this for a 47" Vizio that weighs less than 50LB. I saw the reviews saying problems with leveling and sagging when extended.First, I think it is rated at 130LB. I would not go with anything more 1/2 the rating for anything to support something heavy and breakable. Second, I found that leveling was totally dependent on careful leveling of the bracket on the wall. That is start with a long at least 2' and a 4' level is even better. A little torpedo level guarantees problems. After you locate the wall studs. Draw an accurate level line that goes an inch past the stud center. Measure 16" center stud to center stud and mark a vertical on the level line. Start pilot holes with a small drill bit (1/8" or so) on the line over each stud exactly 16" apart. Without the small pilot holes, the larger bit suggested for the anchor bolts will wander when you start to drill. To make life easier I removed the wall plate from the rest of the mount (two vertical nuts and bolts and four plastic washers). I mounted the wall bracket with the bolts (use a 10mm socket, not a screwdriver) provided and made sure it was level then tightened down and checked level again. I then attached the rest of the mount to the wall bracket. Do not forget the washers. When you hang the TV on the mount, do not fully tighten the vertical bolt. Check to make sure it is centered. Measure from each vertical bracket to the edge of the TV on each side when they are equal you are centered, then tighten the vertical bolt. Do not over tighten and strip the threads. If you do, add a nut and lock washer. I have to extend and turn the TV often. It works fine, Level and no sag or sign of stress. The only thing I would suggest is a longer wall bracket for 24" stud spacing and wider left-to-right bolt slots to deal with the occasional inexact 16" stud spacing. I appreciated the assortment of bolts and spacers to hold the TV to the vertical bars.Everything I needed except tools was included.

Very good product for price.
I wanted a full motion wall mount for my 39" Samsung. The TV only weighs around 25lbs, so I was a little weary of the sturdiness and "beefy" description of this wall mount. I shopped around at numerous other stores and sites, and this was by far one of the cheapest mounts on the market. So I decided to give this one a try.Shipping: I chose the free shipping, which estimated that it would be delivered in two weeks. As you can probably tell, I wasn't trying to spend a lot of money on this purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when the TV mount was delivered two days after I ordered. That was excellent! This TV mount was packaged well. Simple/basic instructions, but as many have said, this isn't exactly rocket science. My TV is very light, so I wasn't worried that the wall mount bolts provided were not going to be big enough. The TV mount went up quickly, and easily. Some people said it is very stiff. It is!!! But all you need to do is loosen the bolts at each joint just slightly, and it operates super smooth. My four year old could sing it around with ease. I am very pleased with how well it moves.I only see a couple (possible)downsides with this item.1. It is a little bulky. But lets face it, a full motion wall mount isn't going to hug the wall like a slim stationary one. There may be other full motion mounts out there that are closer to the wall, but they can't be by too much. Again, much cheaper than many many other mounts, so a little extra bulk didn't bother me.2. The level rotation is controlled by four bolts. To change the level, you have to loosen them a little, get the TV level, then tighten the bolts again. If you plan on making numerous adjustments, this might be a pain. For me, I don't ever plan on changing the level after I got it straightened out, so again not an issue.3. No wire management system. But this may not be a bad thing, as several TV mounts that had that option, also seemed to have problems with pinching wires. This was solved with some of those mini Velcro straps to help control the wires.Over all a great full motion TV wall mount for the economically minded. It might not be as slim as they can come, or necessarily have all the bells and whistles, but if you're not worried about all that, this is the mount for you.

Excellent Wall Mount Product
This is an excellent product:- Strong: My 55" LCD TV barely sags (maybe 0.25"?)- Easy to mount: It's heavy though I managed on my own (and I don't do weights)- Out of the box, the joints were pretty stiff. Suited me fine since I don't need to do more than rotate the TV left/right, though other reviewers took it apart and greased the joints to make it easier to adustI read in advance a lot of the reviews - much appreciated. I didn't find it as difficult as some people apparently did, though in my case, I needed to mount the TV to fit exactly in a space in a wall unit (vacated by my old TV) so I needed to be very precise.Figuring out where to drill holes in the wall was the most time-consuming activity. The mount allows you to rotate the TV forward/backward, left/right and clockwise/anti-clockwise, but the vertical height is not adjustable (assuming you want the screen to be either vertical, or at a fixed angle).Just 2 points where the instructions could have been more helpful:1. A simple drawing defining the vertical offset between the TV mounting brackets and the rear wall-plate (would have saved me a lot of measuring and calculating)2. Point out that you can easily adjust the clockwise/anti-clockwise angle of the TV - i.e. to make sure the top of the TV is horizontal - using the 4 mounting bolts on the front panel (I figured it out though some other reviewers apparently tried to do this by re-mounting the rear wall-plate).
