Perfect for making crisp pizza with a large size that will cover all of your needs.
This is huge, and my oven door barely closed. (I MIGHT take a diamond saw and trim it.) It barely fit inside my outdoor propane grill. It does what it’s supposed to do: absorb moisture from the bottom of an uncooked pizza, allowing it to crisp up, something a metal pan won’t do. Isn’t messy like putting a pizza directly on an oven rack, which means none of that horrible burning cheese smell when cheese ends up on the bottom of the oven, smoking away. I wanted this size JUST IN CASE I bring home a bake-at-home Costco pizza. And it is effortless to clean, just brushed it off with a paper towel. If necessary, a damp sponge can be used BUT use NO DETERGENT! Hard plastic scrapper included in the nicely padded shipping box, where I will keep it when not being used. Use instructions included. It’s not light but nice a thick and sturdy. An in this rare size category, the price was good.

Good value!
I have several cordierite stones and baking steels, and I have been baking bread and making pizza regularly on them for over 10 years. I purchased this one as a gift for a close relative, and took it upon myself to wash (quickly rinse, actually, just to ensure the mfg process dust was off of it) and dry the stone before bringing it over to their home for a pizza party, then let it mostly dry on the counter, before putting it in the oven for an hour at a medium temp to ensure no moisture was retained. It is now ready to go for this weekend. I was very impressed at the surface finish of this stone compared to my other ones. Quite smooth. Edges are also nicely bevelled. The entire stone was packaged superbly (cushioned all around by at least 1/2-3/4" of foam or cardboard). For the price, this was a good value for a very nice product. Note: getting some discoloration from burnt flour, oils, dropped toppings, etc is normal, and to be expected. Nothing to do about it, unless it really annoys one, in which case you could hit it with a sander if you really wanted to (say in the case of thick, burnt cheese that won't come off with a plastic scraper). Do not use soap or any other cleaner on it, and do not soak it. Not for the dishwasher either.

Great for NY style pizzas, not Neapolitan
I measured my oven to ensure this one would fit. It is great to bake large pizzas. It warms up quickly and retains heat very well. I have baked over 10 pizzas in a couple of weeks. It is exactly what I needed to make NY style pizzas. My kids were getting tired of Neapolitan styles, and I didn’t want to go outside in the winter time.

Food sticks to it
The size is just right for me. However, everything seems to stick to it. I tried to season it and it wouldn’t, it just absorbed the oil.
