Well made, seems accurate.However, if you are a home brewer looking for a cylinder to measure specific gravity, you should probably look elsewhere. I bought it hoping to use a smaller volume than my 250ml cylinder, and this is not tall enough for my hydrometer.

Accurate to +/- 1%, about what you can expect from a cylinder like this. Seems to be heavy-enough glass to resist breakage, although a cheap plastic collar would be a nice addition for all of two cents in cost.Bottom has three glass knobs that create a tripod effect: the cylinder stands stable on an irregular surface. That's a nice functional touch. Numbers are huge and easily-read. I'm using it to mix drinks, and it's an improvement over "five shots of this, three shots of that, two of something else". I only have to know the ratios now, and I can scale up or down with ease. The full 100 ml is a whopping big cocktail.

Works well but very fragile. This is my second one. I knocked over the first right after I got it and it broke. Overall good value but be careful.
