Works on Google Chromecast with Google TV
I've used a couple of these for work, but I finally got one to use to connect a network cable to my Chromecast. It works with the device called "Google Chromecast with Google TV". The Google-included power brick didn't supply enough power to run this network device and the Chromecast, I had to plug in a different third-party and slightly higher-power adapter for everything to boot.

Works out of “the box” for iPad
Connected this to my LAN via switch and power cord and within moments my iPad picked up the Ethernet connection and directed services over the LAN. I ran a speed test and got around 950/950 which is great for gigabyte speeds. So far so good, happy with the product. Charging through the adapter is slow, it’s more like your device won’t go down in battery charge level while using it verses it’s gonna charge quickly.

Very handy for devices with no network jack
I really find these handy for new laptops with no RJ45 network connection and it also works great on my iPad pro for my audio/video work where I need a direct network connection. It has auto-detected correctly on every device I have plugged it in to so far, so very easy to use.

Didn't work
This is the third of this kind of adapter that I've tried without success. After I returned the first one I found forums online indicating that Pixel phones (which I have) are notorious for not working with these types of adapters, so when I got this one I made sure to try it in multiple devices. Didn't work in my phone, didn't work in my Lenovo tablet, didn't work in my Dell laptop. Lights lit up each time saying it has signal (except for my pixel). The only device I tried it in that even registered it was plugged in was my cousin's Galaxy S23 phone, but it still didn't work because the phone kept prompting to setup the Internet even though all the settings were correct. I searched for user guide info online since it didn't come with any, and the product info says "works in any video-enabled USB-C port" - which, the port in my Dell is the same port used for external monitors so it should have worked there at least. To be clear, my cousin has a Belkin brand adapter she bought from Apple that works in all of these devices without issue. The model is F2CU040. That's why I went specifically with Belkin for my next attempt. Guess I have to give up my dream of pass-through charging.

Belkin INC001BK-BL USB-C to Ethernet + Charge Adapter
I absolutely love this because I needed a 2-in-1 thing to BOTH charge my phone (or tablet) and use the Ethernet cable/adapter instead of doing e it separately; it works like a charm, so I bought two of them. I'll buy it again in the future if need be. One day late , but that's fine. Things happen. Thank you very much for the delivery!! :D
