A MUST-READ FOR ALL WARRIORS FANS!And make sure you have enough money for the next one right after you finish this-I NEED MORE MONEY DX The name of the book pretty much tells you there's going to be an eclipse.Except the cats don't know what an eclipse is. As always,Hollypaw is obsessing over the warrior code,Lionpaw is dreaming of being the most powerful cat in all the clans,and Jaypaw is prickly.But then-a loner comes into play that will be an important role in the young cat's lives.Sol has come.But can they trust him? A battle unlike any other spreads throughout the clans-Riverclan and Windclan have attacked Thunderclan!Luckily,Shadowclan comes to help.While the cats fight,Lionpaw almost kills.He didn't mean to-It just came to him.Hollypaw is becoming anxious just because Thunderclan have taken in rogues,loners,and kittypets.EVEN THOUGH IF BLUESTAR HADN'T TAKEN FIRESTAR INTO THUNDERCLAN SHE WOULDN'T EVEN'VE BEEN BORN! And then-the eclipse happened.Sol had warned Leafpool and Jaypaw about it,but they hadn't known what he had meant. Jaypaw is becoming very frustrated at his kin-they are acting like certain things like the warrior code or battles are most important.But now Jaypaw knows what will happen. Sol is now with Shadowclan,who have REJECTED STARCLAN!!! Every cat in the forest is shaken by these events;the eclipse,the battle,and now Starclan might be falling.Is it possible that the prophecy is Jaypaw,Hollypaw,and Lionpaw are going to become the new 'Starclan'?

Finally lionblaze and hollyleaf have gotten their warrior names that they have deserved ever since the trip to the mountains! Sol was a great addition to the book although I believe sol belongs with shadow clan.P.S. I despise sol 😡

This review contains spoilers for Eclipse.I liked the book like all the other warrior books but I was disappointed when Shadowclan completely turned their backs on Starclan. There has always been four clans who live under the protection of Starclan.In the early books a couple of cats turned their backs on Starclan like one of my favorite characters Bluestar but never has a full clan turned their backs on Starclan. I am also disappointed that of all the clans Shadowclan abandoned Starclan. I feel Thunderclan since the Leafpool ran away with Crowfeather has been somewhat infected by a certain darkness or weakness that is being hidden by a fake glory the authors of the books has so desperately tried to portray. I'm not angry Firestar has "adopted" a handful of liners over the moon's its just half the clan is liners and it feels like Firestar has lost a certain feeling of glory that he used to carry in the first mini series. All I can hope for is that the authors somehow bring back that sense of glory somehow and create the old character I fell in love with in the first mini series of warriors. Overall though I love the books and the genius writers who create them so five stars.

This was probably the best book in this set so far, really interesting stuff and pivotal points in the story arch!...minor spoiler warning;also the title of the book makes sense for once!

That book was totally awesome! The plot was 4 stars, the climax was epic, and the storyline was the best yet! Awesome job Erin Hunter! {Jaypaw}Jaypaw is trying to deal with his duties, and trying (really hard) not to lash out at anybody, especially his patients. He is dealing with his own problems, especially the ones within him. This is because he's blind. He's the typical cat who wants to set things right, not just in ThunderClan. {Lionblaze}Spoilers alertLionblaze is that typical warrior that really likes to fight. Tigerstar was his mentor-yes, Ashfur was his mentor too-but Tigerstar taught him the good stuff (now, we all know that Tigerstar is using Lionblaze, right?). Right. Anyways, Lionblaze is undefeatable in battle. He took on 2 RiverClan warriors single-pawed--- literally. HollyleafHollyleaf sticks to the warrior code like hot glue on 2 plastic 3 liter bottles. She is all about the warrior code. Warrior code this. Warrior code that. I mean, GEES Hollyleaf, can't you talk about something else?? My kindle is acting up. Gotta stop this review. Bye.

Sol is such an interesting character, his personality is just AUGH! I love it! I was slightly unsure about my feelings for him, though I have decided he is one of my top ten charactersFor tomcats 🤣I'm only on Sunrise, haven't started it but about to, so don't take to much advice (is that the right word? 😅)Anyway, I love how he has just a persuasive v9ice, although we can't hear it. Though, I imagine it to be a soft, mellow tone that will seem like nothing can go wrong if you listen to him.Thank for reading! Have a great day ♥
