It is a lovely pan to use and for pancakes, so much easier and nicer than a normal higher sided pan.The surface is non-stick and works well, although this is the first time we have used it so this is not a long term review.Other pans were a lot cheaper but we love our pancakes so decided to go for a more expensive (and hopefully, quality) option. I think it was worth it.Even though it is shallow, I had no problems flipping the pancake. The handle was also cool to the touch throughout.There was seven of us having pancakes and our gannets - sorry, I mean kids - all commented that these pancakes were better. That might be due to it being a larger pan than we usually use.I highly recommend!20/05/22: One and a bit years later and still the best pan we have!

Fantastic pan, not the most lightweight but with a bit of heft comes really balanced heat distribution and retention. Wonderful size of pan grip is really good, non stick surface is staying good with very regular (at least once a week) use for the past couple of months…not a scratch, plus really easy to clean too!

A lovely pancake / crepe pan. Seems sturdy, I chose the 28cm, tactile wood effect (feels like rubber) silicon handle model. A little more expensive but it does look the part.I went with WESTINGHOUSE - because it says an American brand since 1886. Disappointing to see on the back - made in CHINA!Edit: (I have noticed the screw will need to be retightened, following the first use - I consider this maintenance)

The pain is easy to clean. Distribution isn’t particularly brilliant The middle of the pancakes cut before the outer edges. I use a spray oil and there is no sticking. However the middle of the pan has already turned brown burning the pancakes in the middle.This happened after the seventh time are used it

Really god quality pan , nice weight and balance . Makes great pancakes every time . Very happy .

Within 2 months of careful use, the induction plate at the bottom of the pan has come off and the pan has started to warp.
