Expandable Kitchen Drawer Organizer

This is 1000% better then the original model, much more sturdy

I bought this organizer to examine the quality before buying the larger, more expensive organizer. It has not been used yet, it is going into a new-construction, high-end apartment, and the occupant hasn't moved in yet. I put some wood glue in the top and bottom slides to keep the organizer the right size and shape. I do like the quality and will probably order the larger organizer, but it would be very nice if some mechanism were in place to lock in the desired shape without having to glue it. I love that it can be stretched to make an exact fit in the drawer, so the glue works, but it I wanted to move it to another drawer, I wouldn't have that advantage. It would also help it there were an attachment to the top or botom so that an exact fit could be done there. I put a piece of wood at the top to hold it in place. The inside of my drawers are 18" long.

First the good news: this organizer is so well designed, so well constructed and looks so beautiful it’s almost a work of art. You might want to take a few minutes to admire it, to appreciate the design as you slide it to maximum width and then back again. An object of beauty and a wonder to behold. OK maybe I am piling it on a little. Now the bad (for me): The product’s specs state minimum (not expanded) size of 17” x 13”. So I measured my drawer and found the depth to be just a fraction less than 16-3/4”. Perfect, right? Unfortunately when I received the organizer it wouldn’t fit in the drawer! I was so happy with the appearance and design I frantically tried everything I could think of, to no avail. Finally I remeasured the organizer and my drawer. Turns out the Bambusi is actually 17-1/16” and my drawer 17”. Yes, I know, I screwed up. So I’m posting this to let others know of the beauty of this item, but to double, maybe triple check your measurements.

I was using a collection of ugly plastic utensil organizers that did not match. My drawer still looked junky and I was not happy with it at all. Enter this purchase. Everything changed for the better. I have a very long drawer, so I ordered 2. They fit perfectly across. Now, they don’t go all the way to the back. However, I am not going to take a star away for that. All it takes is putting a small piece of wood or something in the back as a blocker. I have no had it long, so I can’t speak to long term sturdiness, but it seems sturdy to me. My utensil drawer is now something that it makes me happy to look at, rather than a source of clutter induced anxiety.

Like that it has a divider for all utensils, this bamboo tray looks and fits like it’s part of the drawer very well put together. however have not been able to get rid of a strong smell it has testing different things otherwise I would have gave it a 5

I have it in my large drawer and it’s expanded all the way. It’s great and I love it, just wish it was a little taller because it slides up and down in my drawer. The size was perfect and I used it in one of my kitchen drawers that was very wide. It was very easy to put in and expand/retract.

Relly like this, wish I had done it long ago. fits drawer nicely but wish it was long to fill the whole drawer. Nice size spaces to hold everything very neatly.

Beautiful, but heavy so slip off plate or bowl

This cutlery tray is perfect. The wood is smooth and feels and looks sturdy. I was worried it would not fit my drawer, even though I measured it, there was a little movement at the top of the drawer, but I put a small polystyrene block behind it and the tray no longer moves. Fits all my cutlery and extra’s in. I even ordered gold cutlery which makes it look even better. The colour of the wood looks like the picture. Really happy with my purchase

This is a quality organizer. It's built well and with the expandable sides, you get great use of its full size. It also looks very "rich" in your drawer!

This Kitchen Drawer Organiser is a perfect addition to keep your accessories (knives, forks, etc.) tidy and clean. It replaced an ugly plastic one and made me realised that I should have changed this sooner! Worth the money.
