THE LIGHT WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL BUT VERY TIME CONSUMING TO HANG AND INSTALL! BUT ONCE I DISCOVERED IT DID NOT HAVE A DIMMER INCLUDED AND YOU HAVE TO CLICK ON & OFF TWICE TO TONE DOWN ... I MUST SAY WAS DISAPPOINTING!

But with anything dramatic there's always a little something eccentric!!! First though, This light is so beautiful...and when you turn it on...look out hollywood!!! So so bright!!!! Don't look at it too long, it will make you see spots like the old fashion flash bulb cameras! I wish it had a dimmable option, hence 4 stars. It took awhile to figure out how to obtain the different light modes. The instructions don't explain that, you have to double click the on off light button to change to a different light mode. When I contacted the seller their answer only said the light mode is controlled by the remote, so we just happened to figure it out our selves. The fan is powerful and I love that it "hides" itself when not in use. I had it installed by a professional and there were no complaints from him. It's definitely a focal point of my dining room and I will rarely need the use of the light, but the fan has been helpful.

Had the light been dimmable, this would be a 5 star item. Overall, we like the fandelier and it is a keeper.

This seller was fantastic! They took care of my issues promptly, followed up with me unsolicited and I could not speak highly enough on how easy they made the experience! And the light is gorgeous!! The retractable fan is soo cool and very quiet. My husband is not a handyman, but he installed my fans with ease. He made me install the crystals which seemed to be super quick because I was soo excited about how it was turning out. Love it!!

I was really excited when I ordered this fan, (I hired an electrician for the installation so that it would be done properly)however excitement went to frustration once i received it neither the fan nor lights work, so I had to request a return and then wait for the second one to work. Once the second one arrived the electrician we hired came back out to re install only to have the remote control not work. I didn't want to return it so we ordered an universal remote. The fan is beautiful but it was not worth all the trouble we went through to have it install.

I recently bought a light to go in my wall and this device that it came with fan lamp controller does not work. Can I get a replacement mailed to me

The media could not be loaded.  Like how fast it came in the mail. It was missing a bag nails but I contacted the seller they sent another one out within two days. It was simple to install hate l didn’t make a video of it.
