Have not played yet,still sorting core game cards out. As an expansion it is rather expensive.
Bought because I like AH theme. Wish the box was bigger to allow sleeved cards in deck boxes to fit in. The box opens on the two sides so will not allow elastic band....The carton is rather flimsy. Anyway, happy enough.

This was bought as a gift for my son's birthday next week, so cannot really comment on it until I have heard back from hm

Good game, bad value for money
The base game was good but these small expansions aren't worth the money. The added storyline does add a small session to your game with additional characters but doesnt add as much as it should. 3 stars as I enjoyed playing, but wouldnt buy another expansion for this price.

Amazing! What can I say.. this game has got myself and a friend totally addicted. Both our first go at any type of game like this. We have just recently completed the first three scenarios(Core set) of the game and had to continue our adventures/investigations. From scenario to scenario the game feels new, different and exciting. Aside from the 2 player game, I've recently started a solo campaign and can honestly say it's just as good as playing with a buddy.

Both scenarios start with exciting hooks to care about the characters in the spooky town of Innsmouth. The story starts in media res and you try to remember what happened in flashbacks. This creates a sense of deja vu which is interesting.
