Good Decoration Set
Everything was as described. This set gave me everything I needed to decorate for my little one's birthday. My only complaints are the paper balls are very tedious to create and the big 1 balloon was kind of cheap and tore near the bottom.

Great quality for the money.
Great quality for the money I didn’t end up using the pom-poms or tissue paper tassel but they were apart of the kit. Everything was included as described.

Buy it 10 Days in Advance, Takes Days to Assemble
Extremely DIY with no/poor assembly instructions. Comes in the tiniest shoebox. Not what I expected. Word of Advice: Buy this 10 days in advance and be prepared to spend hours and hours, especially if it's your first birthday kit. While the paper flowers are beautiful and the kit, in general, has a pleasant pastel look, the tassles are not worth the hassle. I stopped halfway through the kit, it's too much work.
