I was having issues with my knees so an integrated medicine doctor recommended this product. I took it for 3 months to give it time to see if I noticed a difference. My knees did feel much better so I continued taking it. Several months go by and I'm about out of the product. It's kind of pricey so decided to discontinue taking it. About a week later, discomfort in my knees returned big time! I couldn't buy this product fast enough and restart taking it. I will not run out again.

It worked for my inflamed back and hip but, it is unreasonably expensive.. After I finished the bottle I bought the ingredients separately and saved money all the while obtaining the same results!

In my opinion, this is a great natural product to help with any chronic inflammation issues you might be experiencing. My doctor recommended it to me and I have been using it for three years now. It is not an instant cure all, however after a month or so, I believe it has definitely helped with my issues. If you have chronic inflammation of the prostate, it seems to work very well at elimination the condition or maybe it just keeps it in check. I would also recommend this product for possible minor arthritis conditions.
