I love this kind of heat therapy it took a while to get the product but I understand it's coming from Thailand so I ordered ahead of time so it won't Stress me out when it takes time to get them and I will always have some on hand I use them at the end of my massage to help push the pain out of the client's body

I haven’t used them as yet but I was disappointed with the sizes, I have bought these before from other companies and much bigger . Shipping was fast

These compress balls are well made and full of wonderful aromatic herbs. I dampen them and warm them up in a pot with a steam basket. I fell and fractured my wrist and the ache vanishes with the use of this product. I also used it on my grand daughter's ankle sprain with success. I would highly recommend this product.

Herbs smell nice! They took awhile to arrive and are not body sized compresses. If you aren’t familiar with the gram of herbs to ball size, you’ll be disappointed. Much smaller than traditional compress size.

They came faster than I thought. Size is perfect and as soon as you open the bag you can def smell the herbs!!! Cannot wait to start using them.
