There are many plus points of this product 1. It is cost effective product 2. Taste is so damm good and improved that u literally feel like eating fruit juice. I m thoroughly impressed with taste. 3.its made in india 4. Protien and bcaa profile is too good. 26g per serving is damm good amt of protein ,normally found in expensive protein brand. 5. Calories per service , sugar & carbs are on the lower side thats another plus point. I think everyone who is looking for protein must give a try to this awesome product and i bet u gonna love it for sure 💯

I have been training and taking imported protein for a long time and I have tried mostly all the best known international brands so I know what I’m talking about. The way to know if the protein works is the next day u don’t feel muscle soreness (that pain that u feel the next day if u don’t take protein), which means that ur muscles are still recovering from ur previous workout. This protein worked. Beginners can start with half a scoop and build up. It does make the stomach a little uneasy sometimes. So drink lots of water. I didn’t have any muscle soreness from the first day onwards after taking this. It’s got very few calories (per scoop) so it’s not filling like other proteins, and is absorbed quite fast and u can expect to be hungry again after about 45-60 minutes. Flavor is great and for those that say it’s very sweet, just add more water (it’s such a minor issue, I don’t know why whine about it). When shaken in a shaker it gives a lot of froth, almost like beer but if u wait for about 5 min, it settles and u can then consume. I ordered the Blueberry flavor which was great and refreshing. Honestly I didn’t find it all that bad after having taken all the best international brands like BSN, Muscletech, Dymatize etc. The only one thing I did find a problem was the size of the bottle / box which makes it very difficult to get the protein with the scoop. So yes maybe they can work on that. And I just for God’s sake hope there are no doping ingredients in it. Also I would like it more if Big Muscles Nutrition show more of their factory and show the manufacturing process etc like international brands to establish trust. Coz I would like to know whether they’re manufacturing here or importing and packing ingredients from China or other countries. I will definitely try other products from this brand. The best whey protein available in market. Flavor: 9/10 (mango) u literally feel that you are having mango juice lil tangy but tastes sexy. Packaging: Got this from Amazon and I would say it's genuine and fresh well packaged. So 10/10 Value for money: yes it is a value for money prod which provides 26g of fast digesting protein in such a good price. So 9.5/10 Results: well you all know. It's not only "the whey protein" which makes ur muscle. It's the proper balanced diet, sleep and consistent workout plan which makes the muscles. Definitely this protein helps as a booster to gain your goals. So 10/10 only if you are following everything.

I am a regular user of this frotein whey and I m very fond of its taste and mixebility and reasonable price, I was shocked when I had the first scoop from this new pack, it was nowhere similar to what I was used to it tasted so bitter and bad and I was damn sure that I got a fake product, untill I verified it and got to know that its a genuine product. I will never buy this product again.

Flavour was ok, mixability was good but i can’t keep this protein in my stack as a daily go to around the year. Mango flavour goes really well in mango shake, i just loved the mango shake with this protein in summers, the only reason i give 3 stars rest other flavours are average, i didn’t like lichee at all, pathetic, orange mango was also good but couldn’t add it with any shake or smoothie.

Have not taken much protein supplements but for a change this one has a really pleasant taste and no bloating. Tastes ultimate when taken with curd and oats. The mixability is not that great but few extra vigorous shakes don't pinch for the refreshing taste. A thumbs up for @bigmuscles to have formulated an affordable and good tasting supplement. I am not sure about the protein absorption but I do vigorous training and didn't feel muscle soreness for more than a day while using this. Caution fir my side that it is a suppliment not a food product so a good diet shall be required to back this up for results

Paid a fortune for the likes of juice plus etc and nothing worked for me. This is the only thing I’ve found works and cheap as buttons! I have 2 shakes a day and a healthy tea, I still have the odd bad day but these shakes really fill you up.
