Installed these on a Honda ruckus in the stock housings. Had to trim the dust shield slightly as they are slightly bigger around at the plug. Take just enough off to shove it on and looks like it still seals. They are much brighter and whiter than the incandescent bulbs I replaced and do not dim as bad when at an idle. The cutoff is decent and aimed just like stock. Light shoots far in front of me but there is a slight dead spot to the sides. Still far better than stock and liked them enough that I bought them again for a second bike.

Without a wide fan assembly on end of base, it fits in the dust boot. Prior, I had the fan type and had to modify the boot. Now I can use the OEM boot to seal the lamp interior.The light intensity is very high and CRI (Color Rendition Index) is extremely high. On a dark road, reflective signs light up very brightly, almost too bright when you drive past them, but that's a good thing. Even if a disabled car on the road side has reflective license plates and are easily seen way before the car is visible. The high beams are also aimed properly.Normal incandescent bulbs use 5 amperes of current. These use 2 amperes, a net savings of 6 for two bulbs. That's the difference of a 75 watt light bulb. Also, most cars have daytime running lights, so that drain is constant during driving. By saving 75 watts, there's less load on engine by alternator and you'll get better mileage. Less wear and tear on your battery during stop-and-go driving since charge-discharge cycles are less intense.One other important thing to do is clean the lens of you headlamps. There are kits available. I find using a inexpensive automotive plastic polish, they clean up nicely for about six months and then need to be polished again, which only takes about 15 minutes each.

I chose this light because it doesn't have one of those fat fans and a cable sticking out for my 2016 FZ-09. Amazon's AI said that it would fit but it didn't without some modifications. It wouldn't let the setting clamp fall in place since the ring around the light is too fat. I ended up getting a pair of dykes and chopping the portion out. Unfortunately, this bulb is made out of some solid but brittle metal and it broke. Luckily It comes with 2 and I only needed 1 so I slowly chipped at it the 2nd time and it didn't break. Overall the light itself is much brighter than the OEM one and other than the fitment it went smoothly.

If you are looking for a plug n play wireless super bright LED buy this ONE!!!!!! The spread on low beam is so wide it’s amazing can see a lot more on the sides of me at night iv bought a few different LED headlights for the different bikes iv owned and this is by far the best one I can’t get over how wide the spread is I replaced a wired one of the same brand for this wireless one and I’m glad I did the high beam is great as well but riding around your mostly going to be using the low beam unless you are somewhere with no cars highly recommend this light to anyone looking for a LED wireless headlight 10 stars!!!
