There is no barcode on the packets.

Q: Can this be used for diaper rash?

Well I don’t think it is for a diaper rash ! The box specifies it’s for minor cuts ,scrapes and burns ! I would use Aquaphor for a diaper rash and Aquaphor is also recommended for fresh new tattoos as well!
