Per the item description here on Amazon 11/01/20, Tarnaby hatchet handle is 15" in length. True Value hardware sells the same hatchet and their description corroborates this as well.

is a hults bruk and gransfors bruk axe made from the same company?

"Bruks" is Swedish for forge. Hults and Granfors are two different forges, both located in Sweden, both high quality. Supposedly Granfors are more expensive because of a higher level of finish.

This looks pretty much like the hatchet that hults bruk makes for husqvarna. is it the same hatchet, with the hults bruk logo?
