Mirrors iPad content to the big screen
We have started hosting a new marketing tool at work and are presenting things to customers via iPads. With social distancing it’s difficult to huddle round a small screen so we needed a solution to be able to throw content to a big screen. This device enables exactly that. You can mirror your iPad to a HDMI screen simply and quickly. It has a micro USB, USB C & lightning connector so can be used with all tablets regardless of connection. Transformed my customer presentation capability. Be aware however it doesn’t allow the broadcast of Sky Go from iPad to another screen due to content restriction. This isn’t a fault of this cable but sky putting a blocker on it!

This product doesnt work with amazon Disney Netflix or any app that allows streaming like YouTube and kodi and thop TV this was a waste for me as I wanted to stream my TV from my phone onto my TV and projector

View your device on a T.V
I liked the choice of three connecting options. From Android micro usb, usb C, and Apple devices, to HDMI.After initial on screen device updates, the device worked well. Just a quick point, you have to select bluetooth on your mobile device to enable on the sound. So far, so good, Im happy with my purchase.

This works!
A very useful lead for mirror imaging from phone or tablet to TV.......just plug into HDMI socket on tv & launch app - easy as that! Do make sure you order with a long enough lead from tv - phone etc. Also be aware the sound will come from the phone/tablet NOT TV. I have plugged my phone into a separate amp via headphone socket.

All small parts are frail to use.
The very first time I took it to use it for the iPhone with the HDMI, the IPHONE attachment broke out of the silver holder. That is the main reason I bought it. The main attachments from HDMI to the other one for a pc does work.THAT IS WHY I GIVE IT 2 stars only.Can I return it for another one?

Reliable connection
Brilliant product. Needs better instructions though. I have plugged the hdmi lead and the USB lead into the tv. It happened to be HDMI 1. You have to download the Miracast App onto your device. Then the end of the lead has both the old android and the new connectors...make sure both connected to each other...an hour of my life I will never get back! Then its simply connecting the app, connecting the device. Selecting HDMI 1or2 on the tv and boom...a reliable connection.

Once set up it worked well except some of the images froze and needed to reboot before it would work again. My main worry is the HDMI plug gets very hot quickly so I wouldn't would use it foe very long or unattended. I would not play a film or video through it.
