I would normally not give a review except the product is so horrible. On this occasion, this product is too good for me not to say a word or two.I suffered anal fissures and had a procedure years ago. So, I'm quite familiar with the pain that comes with it.I have been having this pain again for the past couple of days. I could barely sleep or sit. It really affected my ability to do my business. I tried all sorts of pain relief but would only work temporarily before wearing off. Anasol wouldn't help either. I went on Google to look for recommendations and found something highly useful.I went on Amazon to check if was available but not. I found this product instead and it was cheaper. I decided to give it a try. It came same day via amazon prime as i needed relief and comfort so badly.Right from the minute I used the product, in was INSTANT relief. I could not believe it! 3 days on, I'm still very much okay. No more pain or the burning feeling down there.If i had known this product years back, maybe i wouldn't have undergone on the anal fissure surgery.I'm very grateful

If you’re like me and your hemorrhoid are annoying you. Best advice is to not buy anything on any site and go to your doctor. This product just give you a burning feel which can be irritating. Doctors is the best solution.

If you want to replace the pain and/or itchiness with a burning sensation for at least 1 hour, then go for it. Otherwise steer clear from this product.It has a menthol smell - i do not know who thought it was a good idea to add menthol in the ingredients for a cream that gets in contact with very sensitive tissue.After i applied the cream i really wanted to wash it off immediately, but then i decided to bear through the burning, just to see if long term results are worth it. It made a difference just for the following day. But this is also the result i obtain with my Marigold & Propolis cream, without the additional discomfort.And it really took an hour for the burning sensation to subside (2 Big Bang episodes + additional time for teeth wash + some of the feeling still there as i wanted to fall asleep).Maybe it also depends on the severity of your problem and on the quantity of product that you apply, but i wouldn’t count on that. Mine has already seen the garbage bin.

Bin beeindruckt...Da ich es nur leicht habe (leichtes jucken und brennen) konnte ich die Salbe nach nur 4 Tagen absetzen. Ich habe sie 2-3x täglich angewendet. Man spürt nach dem Auftragen eine leichte Kälte und ein minimales brennen für ca. 2-3 min. Danach ist es angenehm und lindert Schmerzen und Juckreiz.Ich würde es definitiv wieder kaufen! Sehr gut!
