be warned, these cables stretch.
Bought these cables to replace old ones as they needed doing... however I have had to continually readjust both sets of derailleurs as the cables keep stretching. So I thought I would test my theory. It the last 8 days I have had a brand new cable hung in my workshop under load, 3 kilos. Just hanging there. And in that time they have stretched 1.3cms. That may not seem a huge amount, but when you have precise indexing gears 2mm drift in the cable is enough to throw it out. Exactly the same can now be said for the brake cables as they are now having to be adjusted.Lesson learned. Don't cheap out. buy high quality cables that have been pre-stressed and tensioned.
