The Good and The Not So Good:
The media could not be loaded. The Good:It actually works! The quality is very crisp and you can have a very nice second monitor that you can take with you.You need Drivers for the Mac OS but once you have that, it works flawlessly. So far, I love it.The Not So Good:It's a little bulky, and at first when closing the screen, it wants to fall off the back of your computer instead (see video). That will probably get better with more use. It's just a little clunky.Magnets:I'm not sure how magnets on the back of the screen will impact the OEM display, but this is a work laptop so that's inconsequential to me luckily. I think it'll be fine though. The magnets aren't crazy strong. It's just to balance it. The weight of the screen goes directly onto the tabletop surface below your laptop.

Easy to set up!
The portable screen was super easy to set up (I am not a tech person) and makes working from home from a lap top much more enjoyable. No more switching between windows when I have two screens. This saves me a lot of time. I am super happy with the product! It is a bit expensive, but it works very well, is portable and is well made. I also gave 4 starts for light weight because I do have my laptop raised and did feel I needed to create a support for under the screen. But it is light to carry around. Overall 5 stars from me!

Be Careful Of Adhesive: Circuit Warning
This product was received on same-day shipping at the date of 6/25/2021.The box comes with a USB/C-port cord, extra magnets (4 are only needed but there are others) and the sliding monitor. It is adherent to follow the instructions carefully in the manual, not the book. Once the adhesive magnets are put on the laptop the only way to remove them is to take a hair-dryer (yes the manual says this) and put it on medium heat to warm the magnets but not enough to overheat your laptop, then use a rubber scrapper to get them off.I have put the magnets on my laptop and now they are firm, but the issue is it says that a single screw must be showing near the top 'edge' of the monitor, but also for the base of the monitor to be firmly sat near the hinges so that the monitor is touching the table. I have tried to level this, but the edge was not close enough, and I cannot angle the screen as much without the monitor about to fall off the magnets. This is due to misalignment, which is easier to do since the laptop is closed when placing the stick-on-magnets on the laptop's cover. Therefore, I will minus a star from this review due to this issue of the adhesive and the steps involved to remove the magnets. So far, when plugging in with the C-Port the monitor works automatically. The USB port has not been tested. There are three touch buttons on the side of the screen, to adjust the brightness and the other to adjust contrast, saturation, temperature, eyecare, g-sensor, factory reset, and exit. The 4 magnets provide extra balance in the monitor so it doesn't just fall off like other products so its more firm. It adds some weight to the laptop (I have an ultra-fit laptop) but it is portable and the monitor casing can be moved to slide off of the laptop without pulling.Update: 7/8/21I have noticed a light buzzing-like noise when the monitor is plugged in and being used. While not detrimental, it can be annoying if you are in a quiet room and hear this noise.WARNING: The magnets on the monitor can affect the circuitry in your laptop. Because of the previous issue with misalignment, I had the magnets of the monitor touching the laptop when trying to adjust the screen angle. This caused my keyboard to stop functioning. When I put the magnets touching each other, the keyboard's function came back. Clearly, the magnets are strong enough that they can mess with the circuits. I am using an ultra-thin IdeaPad Flex 14".The monitor also adds some weight to the laptop despite its thin-looking appearance.UPDATE: 9/25/22A year later and this product is starting to show problems. As mentioned before about the circuit issue, it has become worse. Now, even the slightest touch sends the Mobile Trio's screen to "No Signal" display mode. The screen will also randomly malfunction on its own, turning on and off in the middle of work without the laptop or screen being touched. This product has never been dropped and stored in a cushioned case before use.I have now also tested the USB portion that is not USB C, and it works as intended.Though it is advertised this product comes with a kick-stand, it does not. This product comes out of the box with the description mentioned above. While the product's use is valuable, the circuit issues from the magnets and the process of removing the magnets are not. Also, the weight of the product is added to a laptop which, depending on your manufacturer, can cause hair-line breakages in the laptop's case. The first generation IdeaPad Thin Ultra 14" had this issue, unfortunately, but not the circuit one. The second generation which I have mentioned above has a circuit issue due to the magnets.

Almost two years and still in love
There are not enough words for how much I love my trio screen. You know those people who wont shut up about multiple monitors for their desktops?? Yah that's me now. This screen comes in clutch for research and bookkeeping and pretty much everything. Mine goes everywhere my laptop goes: the office, coffee shops, traveling, etc etc. It's a total flex out in public btw; someone always asks about it. Some reviews mention weight and idk what theyre talking about. The trio is probably half the weight or less than the laptop screen; it doesnt add much noticeable weight if youre already schlepping a laptop. As for it not lasting--folks, how you been treating your electronics? Been dragging mine all over the city and world for almost *two years* and it hasnt glitched once. I don't even have a case for it! I'm just carefulish when I put it with my laptop in my bag. The trio looks and acts new, not a scratch on it.As for magnets and whether it stays on: for sitting at a desk the magnets work beautifully, because the bottom edge needs to be supported by resting on the table. Using the laptop on your lap on the couch will be okay if you're not moving around too much and/or you don't whack it. But if you try to pick up the open laptop with trios extended, to say run to another room to print or because you forgot your cord or whatever, yah, the laws of physics will assert themselves and it will come off. Helloooo these are magnets not steel welds. Have some common sense (i.e., don't carry with trios extended, or if you do, HOLD ON) and you'll be fineComputer info: Im using my trio on a bargain basement, overgrown calculator known as the Dell Inspiron 3583. The laptop is 15" and I got the 12.5" trio to save money and because I didnt want a big hunkin thing attached to the laptop. In retrospect I probably shouldve gone for the larger trio screen so image size matches my laptop. I didnt think I'd care about the mismatch but it's kinda annoying depending on what I'm doing. This does not diminish my love, or limit my use, in any way though.Bottom line: Love this screen. My only regret is not coughing up for 2 trios when I got the first one---that's the only way to do it, at least for me, moneywise. If my trio ever dies I will throw it a Celebration of Life party, then buy two to replace it
