Awesome addition to the home gym! I love how versatile the Tidal Tank is. Very effective for strength/weight training as well as core strength and flexibility. I like how as the water moves around it redistributes weight as you work out which forces you to use more muscles to maintain proper form. Plenty of simple exercises you can do right after filling the tank, but if you need ideas/inspiration Tidal Tank also has an app with recommended workouts based on what type of training you're looking for. Highly recommend!

bought the tidal tank to enhance my stability training. It adds depth to my training that no other equipment can provide and it is extremely versatile. It isn’t a one-use tool, there are numerous different exercises that can be done with the tidal tank. And the quality of it is unmatched, super easy to fill up and they even give dye so you have cool looking water.
