This is the second one I've bought recently. Bought it for my son on the basis that it works great for me. However when trying to sterilise in the microwave, both this one and my one caused sparks! I followed the manufacturer's instructions to the letter. Don't know what's going on.

I would not recommend as the water does not relieve your nose its just makes it more runny and it could go into the ear even if you are positioned correctly not worth it.
