Vroooom!!
I used to have one of these intake manifolds on my LS1. Years ago I started the process of turbocharging my car and I must have bumped my head on something because I sold it and bought a Holley intake. While Holley does make a nice intake I missed the Fast intake as I felt it was more appropriate for my build. The " best usable" RPM range of the Fast is around 2-7k rpm, exactly where my engine makes power best. It's lightweight, won't heatsoak, and its very well made. For a cathedral port LS engine I firmly believe that this is a solid upgrade. I'm running a 92mm throttle with a velocity ring (which unfortunately can be difficult to find nowadays), and 10lbs of boost. I made sure to follow the directions exactly when installing, boost leak tested it up to 20psi, and did not have a single leak. I'm very happy to have a Fast intake again, the car is running great and making some good power.

Comes with most parts you will need, but not all.
Be prepared to spend some extra money on miscellaneous parts that dont come with it. Bought this after using a FAST 92 intake, which is very good. This is just better, and with a 102mm tb, the airflow is incredible. Picked up power all the way through the RPM range.

Impressive proformance
You can definitely tell a difference, it took me 2 weekend's to install with a bad back. I installed on a C6 corvette. Easy install, I just watched YouTube videos and not one problem. I would definitely spend the money on the FAST gaskets. Take pics of all your hose connections and should be breeze. I'm running stock air box, stock TB. X4 tune and mainfold together sings very well.

Decent value with a slight low to mid end power increase
I have an 06 Corvette with an LS2 and I was getting a continuous check engine light because of lean codes on both banks because of an internal air leak with the stock manifold. I was going to buy the Dorman manifold which is a couple of hundred less but opted for this manifold because of the so called power increase. It also has a cool look and I thought that it would be a good selling feature when I sell the car. I'm an ASE certified master auto technician and I would rate this as a tricky installation. It has to be drilled out for the MAP sensor and the harness will also have to be extended. I was surprised that for this much money the intake port gaskets weren't included. I think that if I were going to do this again I would go with the Dorman manifold.

THIS MANIFOLD LOST ME 3HP ON THE DYNO -
i am very disappointed with this manifold. first of all the fact that you have to drill holes for sensor mounting in a piece that cost almost a thousand dollars is just nuts. i replaced my stock ls2 manifold with this per comp cams website because they said it is REQUIRED with the xr281 cam i installed. so for fun i had the car tuned and dyno tested with the stock ls2 manifold still installed and it produced 397rwhp with my other supporting mods. i was pretty happy with these numbers but wanted just a touch more and hoped the lsxr would tip me over the 400 hp mark. so next off the only change i made was installing the fast lsxr 102 and i again had it re-tuned and dyno tested. i was expecting to see a small gain in hp and torque. much to my surprise the second time around on the dyno i lost horsepower at 394 compared to my previous 397 and my torque went down also.. i extremely disappointed with this highly overpriced and over-hyped chunk of plastic

Biggg Powaaa
It came super early and the packaging was SUPERB. This will give you amazing gain, especially if you have other intake mods to go with it. The instructions are very instructional. One big tip is to make sure that you use the provided throttlebody bolts. The stock ones are too long and they will screw through the body of the intake and damage it.

Installation headache
c5 ls1 install going at 2 weeks currently a lot of trial and error. Ordering parts is destined but they dont tell you every part you need. Hoping i dont have to cut into my windshield wiper tray to make room.

Be wary about purchasing through this seller. Had a price error and everyone who ordered got the same "it was damaged in transport" email. Didn't give me the option to wait for another replacement and when the refund was issued they took the money out again. WATCH OUT !!!
