I owned a computer business for years, I kept our old Dell office computer working cause I had know how for fixing it. When the power supply went I started looking for a new Dell, then I came upon Blair computers on Amazon. I was worried about buying somebody's problem. But after reading up about Blair I decided to take a chance. I have to say I was impressed with the quality of the computer for the price. I was impressed buy the amount of time they took into the packing and the setup information. After setting up my wife told me the "W" key on the new keyboard was not working right. I emailed Blair and explained the problem and was waiting for the run around, they got right back to me and decided to send me another new keyboard without even having to return the old one and wait for all the shipping delays. I was shocked! One day later the new keyboard came and then a follow up to make sure it worked. I was amazed at the level of care Blair put into my problem. Thank you Blair! I will recommend your computers to all my friends.

The keyboard and mouse didn't work, but a new one is on the way, thanks to excellent service from one of the company's sales personnel.

The computer was a terrible purchase. I returned it. It kept freezing and wouldn’t turn on!

Purchased for home office/small business use. Great renewed/refurbished computer. Superior to a big box retail store where the product is preloaded with useless apps and unwanted software that slow down the system unnecessarily. Monitor arrived cracked, and the in-house support for resolving that issue was non-existent. Thus bringing down the overall star rating. Wish they would just sell the desktop computer only. The other bundled items were junk.

This refurbished computer is not as fast as my 6 year old Intel i3 laptop. All of the features are functional. With hindsight, I would purchase this system again.

Awesome price great computer only complaint is not all Dell products monitor and keyboard are different companies. Computer works great easy to install.

Everything about this computer was junk!!! The mouse and keyboard from the start and they wouldn't respond about it and then the whole computer went out after 1 month uses.
