Written with You (The Regret Duet Book 2)

This was sad in so many ways but it was a great read...wasn't expecting that plot twist! Yikes but it was so sad too...glad there's a HEA. The main characters needed it!

So many twists and turns, did not expect that at all. I’m so glad it ended the way it did. These two were meant to be. The daughter is so cute. Some upsetting parts, some laugh out loud parts and some OMG did not expect that parts. Overall a really good story in both book 1 following through to book 2

The two books were that good that I couldn't put them down. The characters were so believable that I felt I could see them before me, it kept me hooked until the end, and then I was sorry when the last page came.

Okay, so let me start with this - Every. Single. Aly Martinez book, I'm like... Omg this is my favourite!! It's amazing!! Etc, and it's true... Untill now! Written with You blows them all outta the water by miles! The whole duet does!This is definitely different to her other books. It's full on angst, which she aces! And all the feels... But this is just more! More everything that I can't put into words.The ending of Written with Regret is cleared up pretty quickly, but then little things that were mentioned before, come back up, and it's like "oh yeah... Surely there can't be..." Yes there can! And more! Non of it is what you'd expect though! To be honest I've given up guessing and expecting because it never goes the way you think.I can't recommend this book enough! I really can't!

I love love love this series. What a storyline!!! It was believable and I felt like I was part of the story from beginning to end. It was heartwarming, heartbreaking and thrilling at the same time. I was ready for all the twists and turns because I knew it would be a roller coaster, judgement was based on book 1.The main characters went through different life changing and altering situations but against all odds they remained strong and courageous and they also found love. Rosalee and her love expert were perfect comic relief to help get through all the emotional turmoil this book produced. I don’t want to give too much awayIt’s a definite must read and worthy of 5 star. Am reading more books by this author. What an amazing book

WRITTEN WITH YOU by Ally Martinez is Book Two of The Regret Duet, and it has lived up to WRITTEN IN REGRET (Book One) in every way possible! I devoured this duet (or maybe it devoured me!) and my only regret is not reading it sooner!Oh my word!!!!! The plot twists and heart gripping moments will hold you spellbound.This book has #ALLTHEFEELS , the connection with the characters gives this book a pulse, emotions bleed from every page, it touched every part of me.I was captivated in every way, downright unputdownable and unforgettable. Have your tissues handy- it’s that freakin awesome!!5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and and extra ⭐️ for Caven- if you never got “my ovaries exploded” you definitely will after reading this!!

Absolutely amazing book. Willow and Caven are such tormented souls by their exceptional traumatic history, passed and families. Book two finishes where book one’s cliffhanger left us. This one finishes on a happier note, but has some very sharp turns and is one wonderful rollercoaster of emotions, relationships and intrigue. Rosie remains a treasure, and Caven and Willow’s world. It would be very wrong for me to comment anymore on the storyline, as it becomes difficult not to be tempted to give it away. However perfection is very difficult to criticise and a none starter to improve, so I will not try. An exceptionally duet, by an extremely talented and imaginative author. The book has mystery, trust and intrigue. It has erotic scenes, it has really humorous banter, and it has totally believable characters. This lady sure can write.

Book 2, just as amazing as the first. So many emotions and so many tissues lol. Definitely worth a read. I wanted more! The twist and turns, the ups and downs. So glad I got out of my book funk. Couldn’t put these books down. Well done Aly, you did it again. Another amazing book, thank you. I’ll definitely be getting these in paper back and hopefully see you at another book signing in the future so I add these to my other signed books of yours :)

Is binge reading a thing?? Bc I could not put these books down. As a parent you have to choose sleep or mommy time, but the last 2 days i have had to choose between sleep and reading! Reading won! I love romance books with a plot twist and let me tell you these books have it all!!! Laugh, cry, scared and shocked with a little bit of sexy times!! Loved the part about splice.

This duet is a thrilling masterpiece as it untangles its twists and turns. The heartwarming romance, the splitting humor and the icy mystery present in this tale makes it perfect. I enjoyed Rosie's every antic and cavin's fatherly instincts and also the beautiful bond that willow shares with the little girl. We can never forget jacob though, he is the ultimate love expert. This journey always keeps your head reeling as secrets from the past unfold. After rendering me speechless in all the good ways I have only one thing to say about this breathtaking couple who are both survivors of the past: they are messed up in a thousand ways and beautiful in million. I enjoyed reading it and finished both books in one go!

I literally can’t say much about this story, because going blind is the best way to go. But you can never go wrong with a Aly Martinez.This duet blew my mind! Still in awe with Aly’s writing. I couldn’t put these books down.The story is incredible. I loved the bond between Caven and Rosie, and the relationship that built between Rosie and Hadley. Rosie is such a precious little girl.A must read for anyone who likes books full of twists and turns.

Quando você pensa que descobriu todos os segredos e que não tem mais surpresas... a autora vem e supera todas suas expectativas. Tenho que elogiar escrita da Aly Martinez, ela não enrola e criou personagens lindos e complexos pra essa duologia. Eu estava esperando que nesse livro as mentiras do livro anterior serem desvendadas e teríamos aquele conflito no casal, mas não imaginava que teriam novas reviravoltas e outras revelações. Foi genial!!!Esse livro me fez passar por várias emoções... eu senti raiva, fiquei com pena, senti tristeza e também dei gargalhadas... e no final me deixou com um quentinho no coração. Pra mim um livro tem que despertar emoções e esse fez tudo isso, além de me deixar surpresa com o plot no final que pelo amor de Deus!!Recomendadíssimo, se vc quer ler um romance que vai te surpreender, que foge do clichê e com um epílogo que fecha a trama perfeitamente... esse é seu livro.

I'm glad that I could read this duet back to back as a continuous story. I could not have anticipated so many of the events that happen and don't think it could have been written any better! These are my first Aly Martinez books and I can't wait to read more. Little Rosie is the cutest 4 year old in the world! Her stories of little Jacob are so funny. I would have babies with Caven and love him forever and ever! Shh don't tell my husband. He is definitely one of my favorite book boyfriends! I think I'm still in shock from all the twists and turns but I seriously love how pieces of the story are revealed throughout. I was on the edge of my seat, every single scene had a purpose and was necessary to tell the story. I kinda want to read it again and probably will! I usually avoid books with children in the story, just personal preference, but I'm so glad I took a chance on this one.
