Exceeded Expectations
I had been meaning to get one of these devices to store in my RV for emergencies, but it wasn't until my Toyota Highlander Hybrid engine battery died that I decided it was time to get one. I found this device, ordered it, charged it up and used it right away to jump my Highlander. Worked perfectly. It arrived with 78% battery, but I decided to charge it fully before using it. It took about 2.5 hours to fully charge. It jump started my Highlander perfectly. It used very little battery. Then I decided to air up the tires. Each tire needed about 5 PSI added from about 27 to 32. I input the desired pressure, attached the air hose and it worked flawlessly. The easiest air compressor I have ever used. Stopped automatically at the desired pressure. Then went to move my RV. Wouldn't start, battery was drained. Used this for the second time that first day to jump start the RV. Again, not a problem. Then I decided to air up the RV tires. Worked perfectly again and added about 10 PSI to each rear tire from 55 to 65 psi. After 3 jumps (the highlander needed another that night) and adding air to 6 tires, the battery is still at 51%. I also got to use the LED light. Very bright. The only con I have noted was that the air hose got very hot after the fourth tire. Not sure if this is a problem, but definitely will need to rest and let it cool off after a few minutes of work. Also, it was supposed to be delivered the next day after purchase, which is why i chose this item. It was not delivered the next day, but arrived the following day. Not a huge deal, but I was disappointed.Overall, I am very happy with this product so far. I will be keeping it in the RV, it is light and small and comes in a nice case, and I know I can rely on it when needed. Of course, this is the type of product you hope you will not need to use, but I will feel better knowing it is there, just in case.

Updated: Seriously one of the best products I've bought!
Update: I've now really taken this little guy for a spin and Im over the moon! I have used this small little pack on our outings with out ATVs and haven't messed with it much until yesterday, and yesterday it proved its worth!!! My husband and picked up our car from the mechanic and ALL 4 tire were low,, super frustrating right,, and so we drove all over in the freezing cold looking for and air station with no luck when i remembered this guy in my backseat. So I haul it out and aired up ALL FOUR tires, no problem which was amazing but what really impressed me was today i jump in my truck to head home from work and battery is dead!!! Super frustrating so I call my husband to come pick me up and while I'm waiting I think,, why not Ill give it a shot thinking there's no way (mind you I drive an F250 diseal pickup) I stick this thing on there let it do its magic 3 time and my truck starts!!!! This little bitty box that I totally underestimated just jumped my big ol truck y'all!!! Hands down worth absolutely every penny! Called my dad to brag cuz I was just so excited to have a product thats worth every single penny!!!!I took to the ranch for Labor day weekend and this was perfect to keep on the ATV's. Its small rakes up very little space and is packed nicely into its case. We only used the air compressor over the weekend to fill up leaky tires, this is a perfect function of this little device. You can set you PSI so no need to haul (or hunt down) a tire pressure gauge. Interested to test out the jumper cable options because they look small. All in all very satisfied with my product!

This thing is AWESOME!
It's much smaller and lighter than my old power station. I toss it in the back of my old 4x4 and never worry about my battery going dead.It arrived with 90% charge - used it 5 times and it's still at 83%! I haven't used the compressor yet, but that's next. The light is bright enough to see what you're doing, but not blinding - so perfect for me.The size is small enough to set on the battery itself, or pretty much anywhere under the hood. The cables are a bit short, but they're very easy to use. Had a complete dead battery and it fired up instantly - LOTS of power from this little package.=====Update: I've now used the compressor a few times. Still haven't charged it and have 54% left. It's a bit slow to inflate a tire, but it does shut off at the pre-set pressure and isn't as loud as some I've used. The size and convenience, along with the battery life, really make this a great part of any roadside safety kit!

It needs a high current USB charging adapter
Haven't actually used it in anger yet, but judging from the manual operation does look pretty simple and intuitive. Symptomatic of nice features is that the stiffish battery leads are different lengths and the charging clamps well covered so it would be difficult to accidentally spark the charger or short it out & jump starting steps are outlined on the plug connector to the unit. Props. However, charging it up took a little detective work. Hooked up to house power through a USB laptop power adapter it stayed unchanged at the 53% charged it had on delivery for over two days. Problematic. Particularly since the manual says that 75% is the recommended minimum for doing an actual jump start to avoid damaging the unit. (Seems a little high that - so watch this space?) Anyway, I just moved it to a dedicated USB wall unit in our kitchen and it is at 75% after less than half an hour. Reading a few of the critical reviews it seems that this is one of those traps for young players that led to one star reviews and unit returns. You would think the manual could at least cover this with a troubleshooting page. You also have to wonder if it is actually possible to charge the unit from a car's cigarette lighter or USB outlets as the manual suggests.

Jump start DOES NOT WORK
The red led light keeps blinking when I try to jump start the vehicle. I've tried multiple times but it failed to jump start the vehicle (2006 Ford Expedition).I like the idea because its compact, light weight (with a nice case), it has air compressor with LCD air pressure display, led light, and it uses lithium batteries. But IT DID NOT JUMP START my vehicle. It also include a very short jumper cable with small clamps.I'm returning this and replace it with JNC660.
