1-Step Aluminum Work Platform Step Stool with 225 lb. Load Capacity

Werner AP-20 225-lbs-Load Capacity Work Platform:Sturdy, wobble free, cost effective. I did not really appreciate these until I bought another brand which was stated to have A GREATER WEIGHT BEARING CAPACITYWerner AP-20 225-lbs-Load Capacity Work Platform:Excellent price and quality. Easy to set up. Latches securely with out a lot of 'fuss'. Feel stable to work off of. Noted no wobbles.I did not really appreciated the value of these until I paid more for Platforms with higher weight ratings and found they were annoying to latch properly as well as 'feeling' a bit wobbly, at least to me and mine'. So .... these are the 'best value' to/for me.I currently have 3 of them and will order more to replace the 'other platform' I spoke to.

These are so much nicer than the shorter versions I have. And the cut out handle really is a big improvement on transporting. I'm not sure which platform model is shown in their photo, but the one I received is a grade or two up from that one.

Very light weight but strong. Folds up very nicely when not in use. I'm 185 lbs and held me up just fine. Used it primarily to spackle and paint ceilings and walls but it has lots of other applications. It also helped a lot when I installed crown molding - much more convenient than using a step ladder. It's also handy for putting tools and paint containers on it when you are working on lower parts of the wall.

Great platform for working around the house. Used a platform when working with my sister-in-law painting a bathroom. When I needed to paint at my new house I started looking for a platform to buy for myself. This one works great. I especially like the latches to prevent the legs from folding in when moving it along the work area.

Product I received was from Costway, made in China and very flimsey. Locking mechanisn i s questionable at best, not sturdy like the "real" Werner platform. Platform is only 30" long, versus actual product advertised at 40" long.Not satisfied with this product and will be returning.

We bought these for our body shop and they work great. They do have a 250 lb. weight limit however, and didnt realize our paint preper weighs more so he is careful...

This is one of those items you can't believe you lived without. Whether for painting projects, construction or just getting something out of a tall cupboard, this thing is great. Very lightweight and easy to use. For example, if you're painting on a ladder you have to move it every other second, with this you can walk around on it and move less and get the job done quicker. The Werner brand is well known and the thing I like about this more than others is it is longer and skinnier. The only ding is there isn't a handle to carry it by, which I will just make on my own.

This item shown in display photo does not look like the item I received (at least the one I bought) it has black locking tabs on 2 of the corners the photo represents its self as the higher end one that folds out and is a higher quality. as for the price I think it represents the product in quality I thought it was a different one that would have been a great deal for the price. This one does work and just make sure you pay attention to the 225lbs weight cap.
