This product really does decrease my neuropathy pain a lot. It takes about 2 weeks consistency to feel it. Taken routinely over the past several months my blood pressure and blood sugar have lowered a significant amt. A friend has had a significant reduction in his high triglycerides and high cholesterol. We tried the R version it had no effect .

When my legs hurt and I take this it helps a lot. I used to take from Solray, but this brand is easier to find and is working well for me. Not all brands work, so this was a find.
