Does the job well
The cover glass is easy to install following guides on YouTube. Watch out for any damage to the actual camera lens (on the camera, not this product) from broken glass though, mine had a scratch to the coating which shows up with macro/micro work.

It's good for the price
I found out about this product through YouTube and installation was pretty straightforward and easy. Reading some of the other reviews, my replacement parts came in new shape, nothing was bent are anything.Comparing the original and the replacement, it is oem-ish, but the original Samsung part is of much higher quality. I ended reusing the camera frame I already had since I only had my lens shatter. The replacement is plastic, but you can only tell if you drop the frames on a table... the metal looks and sounds of higher quality. The lens feels nothing like glass, but it fit and looks perfect. From looking at it, you would have no idea that it was replaced.Lastly, if I could have paid extra for higher quality replacements then I would have. I am simetimes experiencing halos around pictures I take, especially if there is a lot of light and focusing is ok. I will reinstall just to make sure it isn't a user error, but I don't think so as I was very meticulous about the process.Overall, I would recommend.

Cumbersome install due to poor adhesive pad design...somewhat misleading pictorial representation of adhesive pads and ring.
The glass is OEM. A definite plus. All the components in this kit seem good quality. I give only 3 stars, not 4 or 5, for the difficulty of installation... not that installing the lens to the phone is difficult, but that the adhesives are separate from the glass and the ring, and require end user application...a poor design, in my thinking, and not in line with how the ring is displayed in the picture. Far better, I think to pay a bit more, if necessary, and have the glass, and the ring adhesive pads installed at factory and prepared to remove paper protector and apply to phone. Also, the glass adhesive pad has the center dot of the adhesive pad still intact, unlike the picture, requiring end user removal of a portion of the adhesive, without sufficient explanation of that step. Make sure to remove the center adhesive dot prior to application to the glass. This seems a cumbersome, and somewhat unnecessary step to require at end user stage, increasing the possibility of contamination to the inside of the glass. Make sure to install the glass adhesive to the imprinted side of the glass if you don't want the "MG" insignia to show. Look for kits with pre-installed adhesives if you can!! It will make for a far simpler install. This is not a zip, zip installation kit. Manufacture a complete, ready to install product, charge a bit more, if you must, and you could have a 5 star winner!

Good value repair kit, included all needed parts and looks OEM
Product arrived quickly, and was as described. I was able to perform the repair without any instructions, but including tips for installation in the package would make it a better product. It was very easy to remove the old cover. It's very important to be sure you get any bits of broken glass out that might be down in the camera lens mechanism, as otherwise it will prevent autofocus from working.Gently tapping it on the table while upside down to remove the bigger pieces followed by a gentle squirt of canned air did the job for me.Make sure you test the camera before applying the new cover to be sure it focuses correctly before finishing the repair.Applying the new cover was straightforward, and the result is basically indistinguishable from the OEM lens. The new glass was thinner than I expected, but it seems strong enough now that it's applied.Very satisifactory product at a good price, highly recommended.

Good quality, easy installation.
Product was as depicted with the exception of the black surround was already centered and adheared to the glass. I assume the pictures are somewhat outdated because they show this black surround as a separate piece. Quality was good and comparable to oem with the glass and outer ring having a perfect fit. Small plastic covers are placed over the adhesive as to prevent dust from sticking during shipping.Installation was very simple and easy. Instruction video was also very helpful. In my case the glass was pretty well gone. I had to overturn the phone and pick out many shards and grains of glass. I only caution to stay away from the actual lens as it will never be as clean as when it left the factory if you manage to smudge it like I did.I recommend this product. Shipping was fast and it got me "back on the road" quickly!Tools used:-Alcohol prep pads-Scalpel/razor blade-Small flathead screwdriver-Flashlight-Electrical tape (to pick up glass shards on work surface)-Patience

Adhesive IS attached to Glass
The reviews I read had said that the adhesive was a separate piece and had to be attached to the glass prior to adhering to your phone camera. Mine however was already attached to the glass ~ only had to peel the protective film off and stick it on my phone (after removing the trim ring from the phone). The entire process took me no more than 3 minutes which included finding a razor blade to get the old, cracked glass off. So far so good. . .I'm holding my breath to see if this replacement cracks as easily as the last one. . .it's only been 10 minutes :-)

A Great Product Very Reasonably Priced
You'll pay a lot more than Amazon's negligible price if you take your phone to a repair shop to have this lens cover replacement done. Go to YouTube and follow the simple instructions and you'll have the old broken one off and this nice new one installed in less than 5 minutes. I did and I'm an old guy and not so able to do stuff like this anymore. But, seriously, this was simple. Pictures are now nice and clear and sharp, just like when the Galaxy Note 4 was new. One minor thing. This lens cover sticks out the back more than the original. So as not to scratch it when I lay down the phone on its back I did have to put on a new phone case that is a bit more deeper than the old one. Not a bad trade off though
