The media could not be loaded. I love powerstop iv had z23 on my suve for 30k miles and the fronts are still at 80% and the backs were at 95% tell my rear caliper faled. But is sad parts missing and the pads are used or just beat up from poor shipping now I can't afford to have my car down for any more time so I have to use them I hope the store will reach out to make this right.

I wondered if I ordered the wrong part so checked. This was listed as fitting my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.0T. But the shims were different and did not fit. Then I tried the new pads with the original shims and the wear indicator prevented it fitting. So I removed the piece and the pad still did not fit. Notice in my picture the lower part of the pads do not match. (The silver is high temp anti-seize.
