This strainer does a fine job, but because the basket is wrapped through the bottom of the rim rather than through the inside, food gets stuck in it and it’s hard to clean out. If this change was made I’d give it five stars!

I love the ease of use. Love it opens to stretch across my sink, so I’m not having food sitting in water while. draining. But food continues to get stuck under all edges, esp by handles, and is not easy to get out,Little pieces of pasta or whatever else I’m straining, totally negating the pros of this

Super convenient and fits into my cupboard pull-out drawer better than a traditional bowl-style colander. Be sure to measure so you get the right size for your sink. Dishwasher safe. I like having more surface area to spread the contents out a bit while rinsing. Great colander!

I keep this strainer over my sink always to clean veggies, fruit etc and it holds my knives and kitchen shears so they don't get in anyone's way. Sturdy. Durable. Good price. I like the bars at each end. Some have little balls to hold it in place and those are terrible.

Legs rusted after first use

This strainer is fantastic! I use it to drain pasta and wash fruits and veggies. Very sturdy! Others have complained about it rusting - I make sure mine dries upright to prevent water from sitting in the top metal rim, so I have not had and issue yet.

Love how it expands to the size of the sink, but food gets trapped between the mesh and the metal ring around the top so just have to be mindful to rinse it really good!

After washing the product for the first time (pre-use wash), letting it air-dry, and storing it in a cupboard- I noticedrust formed in a small area on the side.So never got to use the product and threw it out.
