Great product!! It self inflates almost all of the way and you only need to add a few breathes of air into the sleeping pad to fully inflate it. When I tried it out on my hardwood floor, it was so thick that even when I leaned back on my elbows I didn't feel the hardwood! I highly recommend this product. I have a thermarest sleeping pad and would say this is comparable. I'm buying two for my mother and my husband!
