Hemi-Sync® Meditation

I am not a fan of guided meditation; I find the voices distracting. This has a subtle sound that acts as background noise that gently catches your attention, and when my mind wanders, as it always does, I have found it easier to pull it back in. I already had this cd from years ago but it went missing around the time we moved and I so wanted to listen to it again that I finally broke down and bought another, of course, right before I found it in an old computer I had replaced but kept for parts. Guided meditation and meditation music has it's place, but If you like meditation to be a meditation, try this.

A good disk to use if you have completed some of the other TMI guided programs. This one contains 45 minutes of binaural tones overlaid with ambient noise, without vocal guidance. It allows, or assists, you to follow your own meditational intent. I do not know the range of beat frequencies that occur on the track nor does it specify that on the CD "liner notes." (Perhaps another reviewer can help us all out with that information.) It is especially on target if you are looking for something *without* musical elements, which can often be distracting.

Just white noise, but the hemi-sync in the background. Very good though. I'd recommend it.

If you have been to the Monroe Institute, you know that they don't sell Hemi-Sync free flows at the higher focus levels. I was told this was a recording found in Bob Monroe's archives after he died. No one knows what focus levels are on this recording but it is strongly suspected it is the higher levels. I meditate a lot and this is my go to CD.

I have several meditation tapes, I like this one, it's not intrusive, very soothing, works well for me.

This is a fascinating sound. It seems to foster a sense of content.

I have enjoyed Hemi-Sync, just not this one. All it sounds like is that I'm sitting on a moving airplane. It has not been helpful for relaxation.

何の強要もなく、ただ不思議な音が続くだけです。それが楽で、安心します。すると自然に、自分の中が、何かが、決め、入ってゆきます。こういう瞑想、ありですよね。

I can't say how this would affect a person new to meditation, I have been meditating for many years and find the Hemi-Sync products very useful for a change of perspective/result. It is almost like a holiday to use the cd - I use it maybe once a week and enjoy the difference it brings up. Would recommend on that basis.

リラックスできる時に聴こうと思いまだ、聴いていませんが、これを聴いて金縛りになったという口コミを見て、期待し購入しました。・・「その後ＣＤを聴いてみた感想」３日間早朝眠りから覚めて、もう１度ベットに入りこれを聴いた。１日目・・足元が揺れて、次はビリビリと電流が流れる感じ。ワクワクしたが、それで終わり。２日目・・頭痛がして微熱が出たが、半日で治まった。３日目・・キーンキーンという金属音がたまに音の中から聞こえてきた。何を意味するのかまだ、分からないけど、その先には何かあるように思える。ただ、ちょっと音が聴きずらく、どの程度大きくすればいいか・・ヘミシンクは余り音量を上げると効果がないらしいから・・・。
