Do yourself a favor and buy on vinyl. This was best album that Johnny Cash ever put out. Fantastic album!

I have bought 2 of the American recording Vinyl now and both seem to come with skips. Has particles stuck to record, removing said particles sometimes leaves a skip. Not sure what the cause is as I see this on 2 out of every ten new records I buy, almost like the record covers have pieces/particles that stick to the albums. Shame too, excellent songs.

レビューの媒体はレコード(2014/3/3発売)です。リック・ルービンとの一連のAmerican Recordingsシリーズの一作目。全体的にとてもリラックスした雰囲気で、カバー曲は、レーナード・コーエンの「Bird On A Wire」、トム・ウェイツの「Down There By The Train」などが収録されています。CDも持っていたのですが、このアルバムはレコードのほうが合っていると思いました。素敵です。レコード盤は130gの通常盤で、外側の収納ケースは見開くタイプではなく二枚の厚紙を合わせて作られた一番簡単なものです。レコードを直接入れるのはビニールではなく厚紙のもので、そこにはジョニー・キャッシュ自身の筆によるものと思われる人生の思い出やジョニーの手の大きな写真などが印刷されています。
