Issues with screen freeze and touch unresponsiveness.
Phone is ok except for the issue of the screen freezing and becoming unresponsive to touch and thus needing a button reset. This is not what I expected from a newish refurbished phone, bought at a new-phone price.

It's a decent phone!
I have had sony phones for the last 12 ish years. Usually I replace them every couple years because of general wear and tear. My one of these is coming up for replacement. But I have to agree with some of the reviews saying this isn't a good phone. My parents also both have the same phone, and we all have the same issue where the screen will lock so we have to lock and unlock it again. I find it to generally be a little bit clunky and slow sometimes too. And when plugged in and charging, typing can be a hassle as it can have a mind of its own. But over all, if you only really want the phone to do basic calls and texts, it's decent.

Very slow in 2023. Good for texts and calls only
The phone arrived well and was in excellent condition. Cannot fault the seller at all, BUT. The speed of the phone is embarrassing in 2023. If you use data don't buy this phone. It lags, won't load, hangs. Downloading common apps took most of the evening. The camera is good for still pictures but anything slightly low light or moving it's awful. For a manufacturer that makes phones it's pitiful. Never had an issue with calls or texts so the coverage is OK. Just the data that's awful. Switched to a Samsung and its a huge difference.

It's a good phone shame about the battery
Well I'm impressed with phone itself. It doesn't overheat like my other, brilliant camera and sound. However the battery life really anoys me. Even after over night charge its still not half charged. Can't use it on charge as still drains fast. And doesn't last long. This is biggest let down for it.
