I didn’t think this product would actually work as I’ve tried a good few others but after roughly a week of using them I have notice a slight difference and I’m measuring 2cm smaller. So o can not wait to see what the difference is after the month is up. But did notice I had a lot of wind.

I bought this for my mum. She is a healthy eater. But this patch has no effect on my mum's losing weight. She is not happy at all. We ordered 2 packs based on comments but very disappointed.

Easy to use and follow. Small weight lose so far but nor expecting to work quickly. Sticks well had no reaction to the material. Instructions are easy to understand.

This is a nice piece of product for sliming. It’s easy and does not irritate. No allergies and it defends against me craving for chocolate and other food :).

I have been using the slimming patches for 18 days and can’t wait to share the result.I didn’t fully follow the instruction as it’s a little confusing, it says put it on for 2 hours then says put on before you go bed!! So I decided to put patches on when I go bed at night & took off in the morning. I put it on alternate side of my belly, only 2 nights out of 18 came off during the night. There is no red or brown mark, no burning, not itchy at all. They made me go toilet abit more the first 4 days, but nothing uncomfortable. I didn’t change my diet, didn’t eat less, and amazingly, I lost 8lbs already, my belly and hips area look obvious flatter & smaller & im so happy. I will carry on using til the last patch & hope even better result will come.I have to say the patches do have a little herby medicine smell, not massively, and u must use warm steam (I use kettle) to get the medicine softener before putting on skin.

I have been using this for 1 week now, already started to see a difference, this patch with good diet will give the best results.
