For making sure impurities are out of the mead and oxidization is halted. Don’t drink for a couple days till the Camden tablet disperses.

I make wine out of off-the-shelf and frozen juices. I got this to see if it would help with some slow fermentation, esp. since I'm targeting starting SGs around 1.085. I still can't say for sure if its helping but it certainly is causing no obvious issues and my odd-balls seem to be finishing fairly close to the reference grape wines. I will likely replenish with a larger quantity when this runs out. Doesn't hurt, might help.

Can’t complain, bottle was good

I was making wine and this works as expected. I don't enough about this to mention anything good or bad other than it worked Great.

I usually use powdered metabisulphite, but thought I’d try these based on a Youtube video. Weighing out small quantities of powder can lead to errors. Being pre-measured, these are less likely to ruin a batch of wine. I found they dissolved slowly in our tap water. Had to be careful not to pour chunks into the must. So back to the much cheaper dry powder

Experts in the field recommend this, but if you understand the science of fermentation it's a waste of time and money. There is sound science in using this product, but when you know the alternatives you find the alternative to be a superior choice and cheaper to boot.

I have only had the product for less than one week. Unsure of the results as of now.
