Using this shelf to position my Wifi router at optimum height was made simple & easy by its one piece construction. Made of metal and protected with durable finish it only required 2 screws & drywall inserts to secure it to the wall. Highly recommend.

After using this wall stand for a while I have noticed that hole sit out for cables is kind of made to where it will actually shave the outer protection part of cable away. You have to be very careful when changing cables. Stand also could use some underneath braces to keep from flexing on wall and make more sturdy.

Shelf seems to be sturdy enough and big enough to mount my modem/router on. It came without the screws and mounting hardware. No way to contact shipper without having to return it. I will have to purchase myself from local hardware store.

Needed a light shelf to hold our average size router higher that a table/desk top.This fit the ticket. Easy install does the trick.

I have a Nighthawk router, nothing too crazy in the weight department, and in a matter of MINUTES this aluminum tray bent and pulled down, leaving 2 noticeable holes in the wall. Even with my own reinforced screws and inserts this thing just couldn't handle the job.My biggest regret is not getting this setup before the return window closed! :(

Purposely "re-ordered" this item to match a previous one purchase to ensure that both matched. This one is made by a different manufacturer, is almost 2 inches larger, has no 'grommet" to protect the wires that pass through the hole made for that purpose, and has a cheesier mounting kit.
