Won't Last
If you want a fuel filter that that you can depend on Do Not Buy This Filter. It will break at the inlet side. I used this filter on my Multiquip GA-3.6RZ3 A.C. Generator and went to start it up and is started second pull and then started sputtering. I looked to see why it was not running good and gas was pouring out of the fuel line where it connected to this filter. The filter inlet pipe was broken off in the fuel line. It just broke like the gas weakened the plastic. Because there was no stress on the fuel line. Just crappy materials used to make this filter. And I am not the only one that this has happened to. So if you purchase this filter Let it be known that you were warned about quality!!!

Nipple broke 10 miles from home.
It broke where the inlet nipple meets the body. The plastic is brittle. There was no stress on this and it was not in contact with any part of the bike except fuel line. I use factory wire type clamps, not worm gear clamps.I was happily cruising down the interstate when the bike lost power. I pulled over and fuel was dumping all over my motor. I scavenged some of my emission control vacuum tubes to use as fuel line. It got me home. Considering the time and cost of replacing the vacuum tubes, this was the most expensive fuel filter I've ever purchased for a carbureted bike. It survived 10 days.

Works well, but only once.
I put this as an inline filter on my 82' Yamaha motorcycle. Worked well once installed, collected a small air bubble at the top, but that is no fault of the filter, rather the nature of the application/placement.The two star rating is because when I went to remove the fuel tubing, trying to gently lever it off in a circular pattern, the inlet snapped off inside the tubing. $13 is a little steep for a one-time use part that takes some fuel line with it.

" material in the filter began to break down and get sucked into my carb
This didn't filter out some dirt that was in my gas tank... and then the "bronze?" material in the filter began to break down and get sucked into my carb. Not happy at all. Bought a stainless-steel mesh filter. That works better

Leaky, leaky, leaky
This filter looks great an being a 90 degree helps fit it under the frame. The issue is mine leaks from the joint where the two pieces are glued or plastic welded together. I'm sure some work and don't leak, however mine does. After less than two miles of riding. Buyer beware.

Good filter.
Good quality. Be aware that this filter is directional. There is a "flow" arrow on the side so pay attention when you install it. The arrow should point from your fuel tank to your carb. I"m using it on a KZLX140G. Works good. One other tip.
