BUY THIS BOARD
I got my board yesterday. It took me about half an hour to get used to the controls and the kick at the start. This thing has some serious kick to it, very impressed. It can start smoothly when triggered gently, took me few tries to get used to as this was my first self powered board. Once i got the hang of it, it was smooth as butter and was enjoying the board at full speed. This thing is FAST! I can see why the board has limited speed of just above 20mph. Going top speed on this thing feels alot faster than the actual speed. The board feels very solid, well constructed and looks much better jn person. Initially, i was a bit concerned the board might tilt to one side because it powers only one wheel but that's not the case at all once you're on the board. If you run the board without anyone on it, it will turn very slightly to the right. Before i bought this board i was looking at e-go, boosted, and metroboard. So happy i ended ip with this board. It's powerful, fast, smooth and the range on this thing is ridiculous! Its very quiet too. I got nothing but positives for this board so far except all the neighborhood dogs hate me when im going down the street!

Amazing! The only thing is
Im writing this after having my board for a couple weeks! Amazing! The only thing is...... Before putting in pro mode and screamin down ur street! Put full pads and helmet! Might wanna tighten up the trucks as well. I learned the hard way! Lol 😁 But this board rocks. Some issue with green light flashing on the remote... But who cares , works fine! Love it!. p.s prepare urself before applying the brakes!! HAVE FUN 😊

Welcome to Your New Life
I've had mine for a week. I cannot say enough good things about this board. It has greatly improved my quality of life. If you are even remotely on the fence about this board, get it. Get it right now. It's a 9-layer maple-bamboo, drop-through flex deck, with double trucks and superglue wheels. If it didn't have a motor, it would still be a beast of a downhill board. It has made me a better skater. The brakes are super reliable and the stability of the board gives me the confidence to smash hills like I never have before. NO speed wobbles, ever.I've never owned or ridden a powerboard before. The first day that I rode this board was scary. On flat ground it went faster than I was comfortable going. I would say 3-4 times faster than I could ever kick push a board. This thing RIPS.It's like having a steep hill in your pocket. The board weighs in at 18 lbs. It's a little heavy but it's not ridiculous. One other thing I noticed is that the battery performance is affected by temperature. If it's below 45°F, expect a noticeably shorter battery life. It still gets five stars.Other than that, it's the greatest thing ever.

Buy this board!
After riding my friend's Yuneec E-go board, I decided to get one that went faster. You will not be disappointed if you buy this board! My advice to you is to not go full speed until you are completely confident and have the trucks dialed in perfectly! Also, you'll need to learn to anticipate the brakes, as they can be touchy at high speeds. This board is a monster and if you don't respect it it will throw you off! Be prepared to answer a lot of questions when riding in public, because everyone wants to know everything about it.

but it was nice to know that they give a s*** (also one ...
Bought this board directly from the company website.PROS:-Quick- as far as I can tell this is one of the fastest boards available - both acceleration and top speed are spot on.-Customer Service- I was unlucky enough to get a dud of a belt. It split within the first week, and the board was out of commission. After contacting Evolv, and letting them know what had happened, they sent me out a new belt, free of charge. They didn't necessarily have to do that, but it was nice to know that they give a s*** (also one of the reasons I felt I should write about it)-Durable- From what I can tell, this thing can take quite a beating. The design is simple enough to allow the board to be pretty resilient.-Price- This thing is going for cheaper than a lot of the similarly built boards out there, and it's kicking ass while doing it-Included Tools- Comes with all the tools you would need to upgrade/modify the board. There are also tools to get inside the "guts" of the board if you so choose (came in handy when I needed to jostle the on/off button to fit more naturally in it's spot).CONS:-Wobble- this thing is quick enough to where if you get going top speed, especially on a downhill, the board will wobble slightly.-Touchy- every once in a while you might have an instance where it'll brake a little suddenly, or with more force than expected.-non water proof- I tried to take this board out after it had been drizzling/the road was still a little wet. While the board itself handled well, it's obvious that getting this board wet will not bode well for you.-weight- It's heavy. You will definitely notice it's heft if you are carrying this thing for any longer than up to work, inside your home, etc. [expect this from most any board that has a motor and battery on it though I suppose]Final Thoughts: I would absolutely recommend this board. I've been on the fence about getting an electric board for nearly 5 years, and I'm happy that I finally caved on this one. It's everything you would expect out of the board, and that's about as good as you can get.Happy Riding (:
