This is a Wilton set of 4 large jars of sprinkles. The set includes: blue and white jimmies, white snowflakes, blue and white nonpareils and blue sugar sprinkles. Each jar is clear so you can see the contents. The caps are safety sealed. The jars do not include a shaker top so they need to be spooned or poured out.This snowflakes are white, the sugar crystals are blue and the jimmies and nonpareils are blue, white and silver. The colors are a nice change from the traditional holiday red and green.These are great for decorating cookies, cupcakes, cakes, gingerbread houses and more. They are perfect to decorate baked goodies for a 'Frozen' party. And fabulous for adding a festive touch to your winter holiday baked goods. A note included in the box says to not bake them but used on cooled, iced treats.The sprinkles may be tiny but the calories do add up. There are 15 calories per teaspoon, 4 grams of carbs and 2 added sugars. So if you use a lot of them that is a lot of calories you adding. However, I like to add just a few to whipped topping on a coffee for a low cal sweet treat.These are exactly what you want if you are looking for a nice blue, white and silver sprinkle assortment for the holidays and this winter!

The Wilton Winter Mega Set is an enticing package of blue, white, and silver sprinkles fresh and ready for the holiday season. The jimmies and snowflakes are very large compared to other holiday sprinkles I've seen. They contrast nicely with the more delicate nonpareils and blue sugar.The variety of size and color combinations make it a fun set. My teenage daughter, the baker of the family, was thrilled when she saw the box. She thinks it will be plenty to cover a lot of cookies in the coming months. It arrived in quality packaging that includes directions "shaped snowflake sprinkles are not recommended for baked applications; apply to cooled, iced treats". This is good to know. Wilton has been my go to for baking and decorating for decades, ever since my mother got a Wilton pan set to bake an Easter lamb cake. There are a lot of options for decorating. Many pans, tools, and edible decorations look the same. Some seem like good bargains, but I pass on other brands because I trust Wilton. Wilton has what I need to bake up recipes that were my mother's and what’s on trend now. Wilton’s sprinkle sets are great examples. The Wilton Traditional Mix Holiday Sprinkles Mega Set lets me recreate Christmas cookies and treats just like I remember them with green and white sugar, red and white sugar and green, red and white nonpareils. The red, white and green tree mix is something my mom would have loved too. Then there’s Wilton Winter Sprinkles Mega Set. It’s perfect for decorating in the colors of that super popular, freezing, children’s movie. It’s all blue and white. There’s a jar of blue and white jimmies, another of white snowflakes, a third of blue and white nonpareils, and one with sparkling little crystals of blue sugar. I highly recommend both sets from Wilton.

Every year the Wilton winter sprinkles are a Christmas tradition for us, given that we decorate gingerbread houses, rolled cookies, and the kids just really love having sprinkles on things to make daily life feel special. This winter sprinkle set is great because it added some fun new icy elements to our gingerbread house to core and made our cut out snowman cookies that much more frosty.The snowflakes are thick and huge and not really all that good for actual eating, so we used just one on each of the snowman cookies and use the rest on our gingerbread houses, which we do not eat any way. The other sprinkles had a nice crunch and appearance. I do wish Wilton would make an organic sprinkle, since children are the major consumers of sprinkles in our house.
