Could not find these vitamins with bioflavenoids in any of the stores nearby. As with all vitamins, you can only suppose they are doing their job. These do cause gas with associated belching. Best to take after eating to suppress the gas.

I work in the medical field so the cold/flu follow me around often enough, taking this specific brand of vitamins C has helped tremendously at fighting off whatever cold symptoms comes in contact.My co workers get sick I’m ok, my neighbors get sick I’m ok. Take one every am -- if feel like I might be coming down with a cold or sore throat, take one more later in the day. Haven't had a cold since I've been taking them.

I initially purchased this Vitamin C for a friend who was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in her esophagus. She was going to start radiation treatment, and I had been reading about how ingesting large doses of Vitamin C could help. She asked her doctor about it, and he said it couldn’t hurt her to take it. She began taking the Vitamin C, and did the radiation treatments about a year and a half ago. The tumor went away for almost a year. Recently she went back to the doctor, and they found that a tiny spot has returned. She is in her 80’s, and she says she believes the Vitamin C helps. She lets me know when she is running low, and I purchase more for her. I switched to this brand recently, and I really like it. It’s more expensive than what I normally buy, but I believe the quality is better, and it doesn’t upset my stomach. It is not difficult for me to swallow the pills, and my friend has no issues swallowing them either. I have found that 1,000 milligrams for me, helps me feel better. If I start feeling a cold coming on, I bump up the dosage to 2,000-3,000 mg a day and the cold usually goes away within a day or two.

Everyone needs more vitamin C. This is a good choice. I have tried lots of different pills and I like these capsules the best.

Use this when feeling drained, or sickness starting. Was able to shorten my yearly sinus infection by several days. I take any vitamin at night hoping for the best chance of absorption. also night is the natural regeneration/processing time of day as well.
